My dad had dental implants that were put in poorly by another dentist years ago. Unfortunately last June, the implants broke and the original dentist was unable to fix them because his license was revoked. My dad had a hard time locating his dental records and, even worse, he was very apprehensive able it going to another dentist after having such a bad experience. Luckily, he finally found them with another dentist and he found Dr. Fam who was truly a lifesaver in a painful and difficult situation. My dad was willing to travel a great distance to see Dr. Fam and it was so worth it! Dr. Fam saw my dad right away and reviewed my dads dental records. The doctor was quickly able to determine the problem and was able to remove the broken implants with no discomfort. He replaced all three of the broken implants with two stronger and better quality implants. After a few months, Dr. Fam replaced my dads broken bridge with a temporary bridge while a custom permanent porcelain bridge was being made. The whole experience went smoothly and was virtually pain-free thanks to Dr. Fam. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Fam presented my dad with very professional and detailed explanations every step of the way. Dr. Fam is an excellent dentist who was able to take good care of my dad, and we really appreciate it. The bottom line: Dr. Fam is very honest and reliable, and has a helpful and courteous staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Fam to anyone who needs an honest, skilled and gentle dentist, whether you are in need of a simple cleaning, or dental implants, or anything in between. Thank you Dr. Fam!

My experience with Dr. Fam and his staff was an extremely pleasant one. I went to Dr. Fam for a cosmetic procedure (two bondings on two different teeth). During the consultation, Dr. Fam took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done. He also made sure to explain how the procedure would work. I am a very nervous patient, so during the procedure, Dr. Fam consistently told me everything that he was doing and was constantly making sure that I was comfortable. When the bondings were done, I loved the result and Dr. Fam told me that "I can come in for tweaks or changes at any time, and he will only be happy if I am totally happy and satisfied with my teeth." I am extremely satisfied!! Dr. Fam and his staff truly make you feel cared about and welcomed into their office. I highly recommend Dr. Fam for anyone who is searching for a well-rounded, passionate, and talented dentist.

I called Dr. Fam over the holiday weekend about an emergency problem with my tooth. Not only did Dr. Fam answer his emergency line immediately, but he also gave me a few short term solutions that saved me hundreds of dollars in emergency-visit fees. He also assured me that had my problem with my tooth been causing me any pain (which thankfully it wasnt!), he would drop what he was doing to help fix it. Dr. Fam took me in as soon as his office re-opened and was able to fix the problem right away. He explained step-by-step exactly what he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Peter Fam Dentistry to anyone!!

So very grateful to be in the excellent care of Dr. Fam. I have needed a variety of dental treatments from a basic filling to a molar implant however, I have had the good fortune to have Dr. Fam and his fantastic staff caring for me. Dr Fam is attentive, knowledgeable and skilled. Theresa does a great job dealing with my insurance and Maureen is a wonderful assistant. Kris is a fantastic Hygienist - love seeing her 3 times a year. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for superior dental care.

I have been seeing Dr. Fam for the past 2-3 years, and have nothing but praise for his professionalism, skills, and "bed-side manner." In my experience, Dr. Fam always calls the day after a procedure to see if I am healing properly and to ensure there have been no complications. He always answers questions in clear, non-medical terms. He is easy to contact and returns calls/emails, etc., almost always within 24 hours of receiving them. Dr. Fam is also a sincerely nice person and a pleasure to deal with.
