Doctor was well but the staff are horrible! My husband attended and Appointment with them August 2016 he has medicaid in which they did not bill his insurance! They billed him directly I have called several times throughout these past months to handle this situation as well as physically have gone on 4 of more occasions to hand them a copy of the bill sent by QUEST DIAGNOSTIC they keep reassuring me that the will be taking care of and here i am MAY 10 2017 and receiving calls from AMERICAN MEDICAL to collect a debt my husband did not inquire. I as well work in the medical field and it is ILLEGAL TO BALANCE BILL MEDICAID PATIENTS! MY ISSUE HAS YET TO BE RESOLVED, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND I WILL BE WALKING IN ONE MORE TIME TO HANDLE THIS MATTER or my attorney can handle it.

BEST DOCTORS AND STAFF I have ever seen in my life, they take time to listen and explain everything. Personally, Ive been through a lot, even since I had a bad car accident, and theyve always been there for me, very helpful and caring. Dr. Davin Chen and Dr. Lavian are the best doctors, they really care for your health. I would recommend them 100%.

Doctor Chen is a good doctor. The girls that work for him are another story. The staff puts off my referrals, has denied me same day appointments, and puts me off repeatedly. As soon the doctor goes back to work I get the runaround and had to cancel a recent appointment because my referral request was not taken care of.

I was referred to Dr. Lavaian by a friend, after leaving a doctor who was very rude and unprofessional. Dr Lavian is by far the best doctor Ive ever had! Hes a very sweet, nice guy, and does care about his patients.
