the women at the counter are very nice, unless their having a bad day but everyone has a bad day here and their. I hear a lot of people complaining about this office now I have been going to John Kelly for years and not many times have I went in their and its packed once in a blue its packed a lot of the time I go in and get called within no longer then 30 min. Dr.John Kelly yea he is rushing a lot but if you need to ask a question or just explains something you have to open your mouth I never did before and let him rush me out until I spoke up and started talking more and he talks right back to me so just open your mouth people.. Oh yea one more thing other then the cleanness of this office this is a PRIMARY DOCTOR people not a regular doc. that does everything , the person whom wrote the review about theirs ears and this doc. not cleaning wax out of her/his ear, well Ill give you some other thing you can do 1.) clean your ears more, use peroxide to clean them out. 2.) go to an EAR doctor, I went their for a boil in my ears both and they gave me antibiotics drops for my ears and it worked ok not to good but that was my fault their not an ear doctor they wouldnt know what to do with that they are a PRIMARY DOCTOR AND THATS ALL THEY ARE, THEY MIGHT NOT TAKE AS MUCH TIME WITH YOU AS OTHER PEOPLE BUT AGAIN IF YOU OPEN YOU MOUTH AND START TALKING THEY WILL TO SO EVEN IF THEY DONT FIND A DIFFERENT DOC. BECAUSE ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE RIDICULOUS CAUSE EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT SO THEY CANT GO BY ANYONE ELSES REVIEWS BECAUSE EVERYONE EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT

A feral dog infected with rabies would do a better job greeting patients for Dr John Kelly. CHERYL, the receptionist, YELLED at me after I told her I only have my military ID and not an insurance card to leave because she only accepts insurance cards. I explained that TRICARE-Reserve doesnt issue insurance cards and that you use the military ID instead. She YELLED at me again that this is the policy and just like in supermarkets who dont accept credit cards without the physical card, she cannot take my ID. I sat down, and she then YELLED through the window saying her daughter is in the military so she knows Im supposed to have a physical Tricare card, in front of 6 other people in the small waiting area. I called Tricare and asked them what to do, they said to show my Mil. ID because they dont issue an insurance card. I told the other receptionist, and she accepted my Mil. ID along with my driving license, no other questions asked. Would not recommend for anyone to come here unless they want to be YELLED at and HUMILIATED and then be forced to wait an hour while having this wild beast stare you down the whole time. Dr Kelly was really nice though and told me hed speak with Cheryl about this incident.

The best thing about Dr Kellys Office is Dr Kelly or a P.A. Doctor is always there 5 days a week. Most Doctors are only in certain days and you have to wait a long time for an appt. If your sick and or in pain you will be seen. If you want to see Dr. Kelly only just call and talk to the girls at the desk and they will tell you what hours/days he will be there. Like any other Doctor sometimes he has an emergency and is at the hospital in the morning. I have been going to him almost 30 years and if he cant fix you he will send you to someone who can. Waiting Time is always different. Some times in and out other times 30 minutes or so only once I waited an hour and thats because alot of sick people all at once. Yes you have to talk to him and he will talk back.

Dr Kelly and staff are all great to work with! He is a great doctor and very open to speak with. The nurses are understanding and friendly and no one makes you feel bad about any type of situation you may currently be facing, but instead makes you understand that youre not alone and they are here to assist and help you. this office is really a life saver! I wouldnt ever go elsewhere. if I could give ten stars I would.

Feeling a lot better! Thank you so much to Dr. Kelly and his wonderful staff. Im always treated professionally, and with compassion. Been a patient for many years here, never have a problem getting an appointment especially on short notice. Nurses send your prescriptions directly to the pharmacy, so convenient when youre not feeling well. Thanks again for the great service always.

They fit me in during a busy period in theyre day. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and even cheerful. Dr. Kelly is an excellent doctor and takes the time to figure out what the issue is. The facility doesnt look "exciting" from the street but the interior is nicely furnished and there is plenty of parking in the rear of the building.

You are cared for from the MOMENT you enter this facility. I was astounded by the level of professionalism, care, and kindness with Dr. Kelly and the staff here. Its shocking that every person on the staff works at the highest level of his or her craft. Things move efficiently and you wont be waiting long to be seen.

He and his staff go above and beyond to ensure you receive the attention and care that you need. Additionally, his staff members always greet me with a smile and help keep waiting times to a minimum.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Kelly and his staff are on time, considerate, compassionate, and entertaining. Additionally, Dr. Kelly is one of the most knowledgeable physicians Ive ever come across and tells it like it is. If you have any issue, hell make sure youre placed on the path to recovery.

Very Dissatisfied with the doctors visit. The office staff was rude while making an appointment, when I arrived in the waiting room, it was full due to overbooking, I sat there well over an hour, and when the doctor finally called me in, It was an intern never saw Doctor Kelly.
