Unfortunately, I never got the opportunity to visit Dr. Lukenda because the woman who fielded my call was very rude. I am new to the area and need to find a primary care physician, so I scheduled an appointment and she wasnt very helpful. I had to cancel and when I called, it was her again. After I let her know I had to cancel, she said "okay" and hung up on me. This review is in no way a reflection of Dr Lukenda, but a patients first encounter is with reception and if that is unfavorable, it kinda ruins the entire experience. At least it did for me.

Need Phone Etiquette Lessons!! I work for a doctors office myself but happened to call Dr Lukenda office on a personal matter looking to switch primary care doctors and his staff is extremely rude!! I cant stress enough how unpleasant and discouraging the receptionist was, Ive read great things about Dr Lukenda he should think of hiring new staff its bad for business
