Ask yourself this question, when is it time to look for a new doctor. I have been going to this office long before Dr. Shah purchased the practice from Dr. Ghaly. Dr. Ghaly would always return an after hour phone call, Dr. Ghalys staff would always call the pharmacy if a prescription was needed. Dr. Shahs practice Ive noticed the staff wants the patient to initiate the prescription process by asking the pharmacist to contact them at the office... So not only does the patent have to listen to the staff at the pharmacy complain, now you are waiting for much needed medication you thought would be less stressful to obtain. When youre home and not feeling great, and you have a question for the doctor, and the doctor does not call you back or calls you back days later after all your symptoms are gone, then the doctor looses that special connection , that special bond they should have with their patients. When you call the office and the staff " staff thats been working there for years" makes excuses so you cant talk to the doctor personally for 2 minutes and the doctor is in the office, then its time to painfully search for a "New Doctor" while your much needed medication is all out.... A dangerous situation one must take to find a doctor and staff that will bond better with the patient and not just think of them as a file on the shelf.....

Do yourself a favor and stay away! This Dr only cares about money, youll have to go in office multiple times for prescriptions or basic questions so she can charge insurance. But thats not even the main issue, the pièce de ré·sis·tance is the staff. The staffs incompetence is simply astounding. Lazy and negligent, all the while exhibiting the most appalling attitudes Ive ever had the displeasure of encountering! Dr. Shah needs to revaluate her staff, or at the very least provide them with customer service/competency training.

Awful!! Ive been coming here before she took over the practice and this is the last.. long wait times , rude staff, unfriendly doctor.. will write a prescription for anything just to get you out and move on to the next patient. I did blood work and found out during my following visit (7 months later) they never got the results from labcorp. You would think they keep track of patients stuff. I cant even think about What if something seriously wrong was on the results?!! Unbelievable!

Doctor is good but staff very bad. They sent our blood work to a out network lab in spite of telling them to send it to in network and we received a big amount of bill now going through so much hassle. The staff are not at all cor operative. They dont even allow patient to talk to Doctor,if you want to speak to Doctor take appointment and come.strange.i do not recommend if there is no friendly atmosphere.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Ive been there a few times, and it was simply cause I needed to for medical paperwork. Most rude staff. Need to make an appointment for absolutely everything. They are a money hungry, sarcastic, rude, egotistical, and all related. I hate this place and wouldnt recommend anyone there.

Doctor is very knowledgeable. Give her the symptoms and she would treat you accurately. Unlike my previous PCP, who used to do more of talking and do nothing in terms of treatment, she has been very accurate in terms of the treatment. Staff needs a bit of improvement though.

Anyone but her, anyone. Dr. Shah is unfriendly and is that doctor that acts like a robot. She shows little to no emotion and doesnt sympathize with her patients at all.

Completely incompetent staff. They cover their lack of skills by being rude and discourteous to the patients. Do yourself a favor and find a better practice.
