Very very worst service by the office staff, in the medical profession u cant ignore customer health issue over not come on time for appointment. Went for regular check up and wait for 45 minutes in the waiting room for check up. Call for next appointment and they offer appointment after 9 days, I confirm the appointment and then staff person call one day advance and change the time for appointment. Some reason I cant make that time and I call 15 mins after the time they offer and girl who pick up the phone was so rude. She dont no how to talk to customer. She is not working at McDonalds or fast food res. Where if u dont go on time they cancelled the reservation. She argue why I dont cal before and let them no that I cant make it the time they want, and then I ask for next appointment, she says oh cause u didnt show up last time now we dont have any appointment for next whole month, r u kidding me ? I have heart and blood pressure issue and if something happen to me whos responsible for this ? Is doc. Patel aware of this ? I ask to talk to doctor and she says she is busy with patient. I ask can u tell her to call me back and I didnt get any phone call yet. What a awful customer service, u cant play with someone life like this. Totally disappointed.

The doctor is okay. She occasionally is unaware of some possible symptoms of diseases (cyst in neck which turned out to be cancerous is just one instance) and I understand that a person cannot know everything. However the office staff is bad - zero customer service. The front desk is extremely rude. The doctors assistant (not sure if shes a nurse) is the nicest there. The main reason for my post today is the lack of importance the facility has for their patients. Its a Saturday and a family member is not feeling. Dr. Patel is open from 8:30-1 PM. There phones are stilling switched off. And its not just today, its most a time. Weve been leaving messages all morning but not a single call has been returned.

From entering her office and working with her polite and helpful staff to the cleanliness of the office, all the way to check out process. She has been my primary care for several years now and has always provided the absolute best care, best advise and best treatment during every visit for each issues. Highly recommended.

I went to see her with my elderly mother. She is her doctor on record but my experience is that she is rude, she does not have her facts rights and tries to suppress the patents point of view. She is not fit to be a medical professional. Does not know how to interact in polite and friendly way. I will advise my mum to look for another doctor.
