one start is the least i could give her. Very rude doctor and the staff. doctor keeps taking phone calls and advising her patients of their blood work results while in session with me. so much for HIPPA privacy laws. My second appoint was for 4:3opm, got here 5 minutes early. The receptionist let other patients who came after me, spoke to her in their language, go in to see the doctor. When i questioned her why she was doing that, she said they are emergency cases. I got so angry after she did this the 4th time, i went up to her and told her to make me a copy of file as Ill going to a different doctor. At point pint it was already 5:50pm. To my surprise she tells me that she cant give me a copy of my medical file as its against the law. however, she couldnt tell me which law or which statue of the law was prohibiting a patient from receiving a copy of their own records. Left her office, called a friend, medical malpractice lawyer, to ask him if there was such a law that would prohibit the doctors from giving the copy of the medical records to the patient itself, obviously, the answer was NO. Do your self a favor and stay away from this doctor and their her obnoxious receptionist.

I went in looking for a new doctor as I have moved from out of state and Dr. Friedman was located close-by. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 2:30 p.m. appointment, but didnt receive any paperwork nor was I asked for my insurance card until I had already been there for 20 minutes. Then, the receptionist lets someone who came in after me go in to see the doctor first, even though my appointment started at 2:30 and it was already 2:50 p.m. The receptionist said she let the other woman go first because she was still processing my paperwork, but then why didnt she give me the paperwork when I had first arrived so I could be seen on time? It was an extremely rude first impression and it quickly became clear that the receptionist didnt care at all about me as a patient. So Dr. Friedman lost a new patient due to the incompetence of her receptionist.

I have been to many doctors office in my years and I was very impressed & pleased with Inna. She was professional, courteous with amazing bedside manners. Her ability to maneuver the needle for facial injections was remarkable! Lastly I have been searching multiple doctors in the New York area for a procedure which can help with the nasolabial folds also closer to the mouth area but was unsuccessful without going under the knife. Inna does an amazing thread lift which gave me incredible results. I left her office so happy! As a 45 year old single mom she gave me back the confidence needed. Thank you Inna Goldfield! :)

Love Dr.Friedman but the lady who answers her phones... Is absolutely the most unprofessional person ive ever encountered in the health care industry. She is rude and to be honest she is not educated enough on health insurance to be working there. I actally had to log on my phone to pull up an eob for her and my first visit i had to call my insurance company myself...she dose not follow HIPPA laws as every time im there she loudly asks why i am here and for what...so unprofessional and its a shame bc i really like the doctor

She was rushed and taking phone calls in the middle of my session. I had vein treatment before and they went right away. After my second treatment and they did not go away I did not go back for my third one I had purchased. Never again. This is the Wife Michele Murphy of my husbands account. Not to mention I waited 40 min. ugh STAY AWAY

Stay away! She has Ina working for her, who I am more than positive doesnt have much knowledge in injections, lip tattooing, talmadge and the rest of the services she offers. She rushes through everything and does a horrible job! Save your time and money go somewhere else!
