직원 정말 불친절하군요 어머니가 아프셔서 사진찍고 다음주 월요일에 결과 통보해준다하여 기다렸는데 전화가 없어서 기다리다가 수요일날 제가 전화를 걸어 확인하니 결과가 나와있다 합니다 왜 전화를 안했냐 하니 결과가 좋아서 안했다합니다? 월요일날 하기로 했으면 좋던 안좋던 약속을 지켜야하는거 아닙니까. 어려운일도 아니고 아니 당연히 그래야하는거죠 공짜로 진료받는것도 아닌데요 그래놓고 하는말이 그러면 월요일날 전화를 하지 그러셨어요? 아 당신네들은 바빠서 연락 안하고 가만히 있어도 괜찮고 결과 궁금한 우리가 빨리 연락을 안했으니 우리탓이다? 먼저 죄송합니다 가 나와야하는 것 아닌가요? 말씀을 이상하게 하시네요 하니까 알겠습니다~ 하면서 대화를 끊더군요 초진 갔을때 다음날 아무때나 가서 사진찍어도 된다하여 다음날 갔더니 예약 안하면 안된다하여 헛걸음질 친적이 있습니다 뭐 좋습니다 아픈몸 이끌고 두번 세번 이동하면 어떻겠습니까 죽기라도 할까요. 그러나 아무래도 최소한 직원교육은 제대로 하셔야 할 것 같습니다

Let me tell you something, my parents work hard and laborious not your typical doctor, or office jobs. But dirty jobs that make they help to survive the best for us. Not only that, but these people suck at service complain about everything and the Doctor thinks they know everything and gets offended and pushy for you not to ask questions because he actually doesnt know anything. They make off money off of your poor parents and your income for poor service and nothing. Also, they put in the needles the wrong way in your skin thats major thing. They think they can get away with being stupid. I hope they find this and its hits reality that they are being corrupt to innocent people who need well deserving health-care and not trying to push out money out of them. Go out of business if you dont feel bad about not taking care of your patients and pushing them to subscribe anything and whatever just for you wealth benefits. And I hope your grandma, mother or sister, daughteer, brother, father gets the same treatment in health care as you treat your patients. Just a rude, corrupt, unknowable arena

종업원들 정말 믿을수 없을많큼 불친절하고 손님들을 막대해요. 요즘 이런 병원이 있다는게 믿어지지 않아요. 그런데 이런 종업원의 불친절행위를 의사선생님이 알고 있다는거에요. 그럼에도 종업원편이에요.

I came here 2-3times a year for annual check up, and I always got here on time but I had to wait at least an hour to get single shot. Question to myself is "Why did I have to make appointment?" Im changing my doctor fir sure.
