I had my own dentist, but was there for the 2nd opinion of my treatment plan given by a "famous" dental clinic in the town. That clinic gave me a huge treatment plan that forced me to go elsewhere to check if I really needed it. So I was referred to Dr. Tsai by my boss whose family has been seeing Dr. Tsai since he opened this practice. Even though it was just a consultation, Dr. Tsai patiently explained and showed me the condition of my oral health from x-ray monitor (he spent much time with me, because I was quite worried), and clearly told me the unnecessary treatment. He could just give me a 20% discount from the treatment plan I got from that clinic and persuaded me to go for it, but he suggested me to finish a procedure first and felt the difference. After that procedure, I just go to Dr. Tsai’s office for twice a year check-up/cleaning regularly, and now I feel very well without spending a big money for previous unnecessary treatment I was terrified by my old dentist. I then brought my entire family to Dr. Tsai’s office, and even my husband who is that type of person very scared of dentist, he is not afraid of going to Dr. Tsai’s now. I guess the doctor’s gentleness and the atmosphere of the office eased his tension successfully. :)

Amazing experience! I went to Dr. Tsai for a cleaning and was beyond pleased with the service. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and happy the whole time. I really loved that I was treated like a family member and not "just another patient." The staff were all sweet and even asked if I wanted the massage chair to be on. Thats right. A MASSAGE CHAIR. Dr. Tsai is very nice and answered any question and concern I had. You better believe I will be going to Hamilton Square Dental for any and all dental services I need.

Ive been going to Dr. Tsai for several years now. Hes the first dentist that doesnt make me scared to have to sit in the chair. Hes understanding of his patients fears and works with you. His staff is beyond friendly and helpful. My parents, who I referred to Dr. Tsai, drive almost an hour to see him, hes just that good! I highly recommend him.

I am not sure what to think of this place. The office is clean and the staff are nice BUT when you go in for one thing and the dentist does way more work than he said he was going to do WITHOUT letting you know, I would call this a little fishy. Over prices by triple and does not accept more insurances so the out of pocket is a lot.

Dr. Tsais dental office makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The entire staff is very professional, they make you feel very relaxed and they make you feel like family. I didnt have to wait long to be seen. I will defintely be back and will refer any of my friends to him.

Dr. Tsai & the entire staff are fantastic! They make you feel right at home! I drive 45 minutes to go there because Dr. Tsai is good at what he does, & makes sure his patients are comfortable! They take a variety of insurances as well, including Care Credit!
