Dr Frezzo nickels and dimes her customers. Pushing everything on you, including things that are not necessary. After a procedure my dog had done there, she had her assistant call me and say he needed his shots. I told her before the teeth cleaning we agreed everything was in order. But no, she tries to get me for two more shots which she forgot she already told me were optional. Dr Frezzo also sends me home with vitamins for my dogs liver which she said his levels were a little high, and could be because of his inflamed gums. Ummm... why are you selling me vitamins that are $65 a bottle when we agreed to do follow up blood work in a few weeks first? This woman is flakey and talks really fast, and ends every sentence with "Okay?". When I told her I wanted my money back for the vitamins which were still sealed, she refused. Then she changed her tune and said my dogs liver levels were high and she wanted him to get better right away which is why she sold them to me. Not true. How would we know for sure if we dont test prior??? I got a second opinion and faxed over the reports and the Vet at Oradell Animal Hospital confirmed they were a little high and said Dr. Frezzo didnt handle things correctly. I understand she has a new office that needs to be paid for, but dont rob your customers. It is not a good way to do business.

We are so pleased with the excellent care provided by Dr. Mia Frezzo and her incredible staff! As new pet parents, we have lots of questions. Everyone we have encountered here has been thorough and patient in answering those questions. Our kitten can be a bit feisty, especially when it comes time to have her nails clipped or take blood. Dr. Frezzo and her very professional staff handle our kitten with extraordinary care, making even challenging tasks appear effortless. We would not trust anyone else with our fur baby and certainly recommend the Animal Hospital of Hasbrouck Heights.

The most professional and caring people Ive ever dealt with. They called to confirm the appointment were so accommodating to our puppy when we got there. Explained all the procedures and medication at great length. Treated our puppy so well! And called us after we left to give us some follow up information. They are happy to answer any and all questions we had and have a wealth of information on their website. They also said we can call any time with questions. If you love your pet and wont settle for anything less than the best I highly recommend this is where you go

My toy poodle of almost fifteen years past away on Saturday afternoon two weeks ago and I called her vet who didnt seem to care and told me to call some other animal hospital that went to voice mail I call Hasbrouck heights animal hopital who helped me with my precious baby and were extremely wonderful and also followed up with me thank you to hhah for being so caring to strangers in a difficult time for my family
