I thought Kimberlee Young is very rude and arrogant. Decided to change veterinarian because I wanted a vet I am comfortable with and has a more positive attitude so when asked to give me my pets medical records she literally made me wait an hour to get them because she was "busy", when it wasnt.. and when she finally decided to get them it only took her 2 mins to print out only 3 pages. This made me realize how relived I am too never come back now. I prefer going somewhere where there is a better positive atmosphere. * and I been asking for these records for 2 days to be faxed and never was and they never answer their phones.

We have had nothing but positive experiences here. We got our Frenchie here. He has been very healthy and we have come back for all checkups. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

I am surprised at negative review. Doctor and staff have always been very helpful and friendly to both me and my dog.
