Dr Jiang is a very caring and loving doctor. She concerns patients need very much. She sees patient soon at their convenient. She senses patients need and help them as she could in time. Dr. Jiang is an expertise at primary care. She dignosed my son and my sickness in time and prescribed accurately. We got well soon. Except her primary care, she gave suggestion to me for specialty care. I am very appreciate her treatment and help in person. Her kind human heart moves me a lot. She really saved me many times at my risk and difficult situation. I really trust her and I know she is always there willing to give me help needed.

Dr. Jiang is the most professional and yet personable physician Ive had the chance to seek medical service from. She is one of the very few doctors who truly spend the time and effort to understand patients symptoms and needs, and go beyond their daily routine to make sure the patient is well informed and taken care of. Dr. Jiang is very responsive to patients inquiries and proactively follows up with patients with their needs. One can tell she cares a lot about her work and patients, and is very methodical in finding answers and treatment options. Im very glad I found a quality healthcare professional in Dr. Jiang.

As a student of Dr. Jiang, I found Hills Pediatrics to be an exceptional practice. Hills provides a cozy welcoming environment for children of all ages with a team that is professional and punctual. Dr. Jiang employs a wealth of knowledge and experience providing preventive health maintenance and treatment. She educates and collaborates with her patient’s to develop care plans that are manageable and effective. Dr. Jiang also goes out of her way to make her office available to patients with urgent needs and busy schedules. I would have every confidence in taking my children to Hills Pediatrics in the future.

I called the office and needed a copy of my sons immunization records for a sleep away camp. I was told the office was closed and could not get it. I asked Dr. Jiang if she could email or fax it to me, she said no. A few minutes later I got a call from a girl saying She would meet me in the office and give me the copy for a $50.00 fee. I did so because I had no choice. When I spoke with Dr.Jiang about the unfairness of the fee she was upset that I did not pay in cash and that I used a debit card. She also said that girl does not work for her and then hung up on me.

Dr. Li Jiang is extremely experienced and devoted. She completely understands patients concerns. There is always enough time for open and full communication. She is there patiently to answer all the questions that you might have. You will never feel rushed at your childs visit. She would even call at night and weekend to follow up with the patient. As a parent, I feel very fortunate to have her as my kids pediatrician and would definitely recommend her.

On that day I made an appointment and I talked to her directly on the phone. I was amazed because she was definitely professional but really friendly at the same time. Dr.Jiang is very helpful and patient.We always feel very comfortable in her office.And my kids love her too.
