I usually dont write reviews but I feel I need to write review of "Healthy Kids Pediatric Group" of East Windsor. We had several visits to this office for my kid in course of 2-3 years. First the good things I liked, Pros: 1. Dr. Utpal Shah, he is a very talented doctor good person. 2. Dr. Matt Howe, wonderful personality and friendly with kids. Very good Doctor. (But difficult to contact over phone) 3. Very good office cleanliness. 4. Easy to setup appointment. Now why I did not like, The Cons: 1. Rude office stuff, they dont talk like they are in client service. They rarely smiles or greets. Management should really train office stuffs how to interact with clients. 2. Long wait time. 3. If your child is sick and you go to see a doc in this office, first thing they will check if there is any bill due payment. Unless payments are all previous bills are paid you dont get any treatment. This sounds more like finance shop not a doctors office. 4. Not all Docs are very good be aware of wrong diagnosis. In one of such occasion, my kid had Fifth disease(later diagnosed from other doc), Dr Brian Marcus see my kid and in spite of prominent symptoms like slapcheek, rash on legs, low grade fever he diagnosed it as Roseola. 6. Doctors seriousness: One day we took our kid (~6 months old) for checkup. Dr. Maritoni Calon Shah saw that day, She did not wash her hands, and put her finger in my little babys mouth so that he sucks and stops crying! A minute before this incident I saw her scratching her scalp with the same hand. It was so sudden I could not even stop her to do that. OMG! I never set an appointment with Dr. Maritoni Calon Shah. I wish pediatric practices looks into this review and so that they can improve, Any ped docs should see all babies very seriously when they are sick. I understand all doctors/stuff are not equal, and user reviews will help parents to choose better Docs/office for their kids and Doc Office management get valuable inputs and opportunity to improve service offered.

After being unhappy at another practice, on a friends recommendation, we switched to Healthy Kids Pediatrics six years ago . . . and it was THE best decision that we’ve made regarding our children’s health (and our peace of mind)!!! We appreciate the calm, friendly, professional way we are treated by all members of the office & medical staff -- there are even some receptionists & nurses who know us by name and truly seem happy to see us and/or are concerned when our kids aren’t feeling well. It is easy to make appointments and we never wait long periods of time before being seen (maybe 10 minutes, at a maximum). Additionally, we have been extremely pleased with all the doctors by whom our children have been seen. And Dr. Goodman is a parent’s dream come true. Not only is she knowledgeable and on point with everything, but her caring, friendly, and warm manner make her someone we all love and trust; when your kids actually LIKE to go to the doctor, you know it’s a great place!!! As a matter of fact, on Thanksgiving, when naming things for which we are thankful, my children named Dr. Goodman. It doesn’t get any better than that!

My son was born August of 2015. During our hospital stay we selected Healthy Kids to treat our son. Dr. Shah and Dr. Siddique both saw my son during our hospital stay. These men are EXCELLENT doctors and human beings, they treated my son so thoroughly, while still being so relatable and down to earth. My son is almost 2 now & has been seeing Dr Brian Marcus since his first in-office appointment. Dr Marcus is wonderful and kind. He is so very thorough & making sure we understand everything, and keeps checking to see if we have questions before leaving. We will stick with Dr Marcus, as we love him, and so does our son! I would highly recommend any one of the pediatricians from this practice. The staff is so easy to work with as well, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The office itself is incredibly clean and roomy. 10 Star Worthy!!

Extremely poor office management with an insensitive and inconsiderate office manager. I was "7 minutes" late to an annual physical appointment of my daughter and we were sent back by the office manager under clause of "office policy". When I explained her the reason that my daughter forgot that she was to be picked up afterschool and accidently took the bus home which delayed us to add on to the 3pm afterschool traffic she simply told me " this was the doctors decision". My daughter was in tears as she felt bad thinking that this was her fault but the office manager didnt even look at her - in fact she has "never ever" even smiled at us. Honestly we need a doctor who genuinely cares for us and employees staff that put patients first ...

I have been taking my kids to Healthy Kids Pediatric Group since I moved to Monroe 5 years ago based on a recommendation from a friend. I couldnt have been more happier. The staff and the doctors are really nice. I usually see Dr. Utpal Shah or Dr. Radhika Patel. But other doctors are just as good. Dr. Shah and Dr. Patel have personally called and checked on my kids when they were sick. I cannot ask for anything more. Also, the wait time to see a doctor is not more than 10 minutes! And I think this is only possible because of their strict on time policy. If doctors started taking patients that arrive late, it would affect all the other appointments. So I appreciate that the staff and the doctors are strict about it.

We have been using HKPG since the birth of our first daughter, over 3 years old. They came highly recommended to us from a friend, and weve never been happier. We typically request to see Dr. Arcaro & Dr. Siddiqui the most, however we have seen all the doctors there and have never had any problems. We find the doctors to be kind, compassionate, caring & patient with us & our children. We have never felt rushed or ignored. Everyone, from the office staff to the doctors, have been professional & knowledgeable, and our children actually look forward to going to the doctors! We highly recommend them.

We have been using this practice (and specifically Dr. Goodman) for our pediatric needs for our one and only daughter who is now just about a year old! We have been very happy with this practice and with Dr. Goodman. We know we can call anytime and we have also built a very good relationship not only with the Dr. but with many of the staff as well. Everyone is professional and kind and most importantly I feel they are genuinely concerned for the welfare of my daughter. They know her and engage with her. I have suggested this place and Dr. Goodman to my friends!

Very Rude staff. They charge incorrectly. When i asked questions, the staff was very rude and they gave nonsense excuses that the appt is normally 15 minutes and you talked to the Dr more than that..Then they told that in the last 15 months you called us this many times and now if you call that will be chargeable. I have never seen any Drs office who charges if we call and ask questions or if we spend more than 15 minutes.. They call themselves best NJ doctors.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
