I was totally disappointed with this facility. My dog was misdiagnosed, I paid for medicine that was unnecessary and I was a nervous wreck from Monday to Friday waiting for results from a parvovirus test. Test had to be sent out because their testing kit was expired. Test came back positive but my dog had no symptoms by the time the results came back so I took him to another vet to have him retested. This vet was able to perform the test and give us the results in 15 minutes. The test came back negative and my dog is fine. I now have medication that is useless and an extra vet bill. I had been told by VCA Iselin if the test came back positive the cost for treatment could be $3000.00-$5000.00. Im so glad I went elsewhere and I would advise everyone out there to do the same.

The doctors and staff here helped me and my family during one of our hardest moments. Our beloved dog, Dutchess, fell Ill with cancer and went down hill quickly. VCA Iselin helped so quickly and affordably with her meds and treatment. When the time came to put her down, they went out of their way to accommodate our family in a private room all pre setup when we areived, as I called ahead. The doctor was so helpful in administration of a sedative, then she gave us our final moments alone with Dutchess before the final injection. There was no rush and we felt very at peace knowing how Dutchess remains would be handled. Thank you again, everyone at VCA

Went over a year ago and will never go back. Blood was drawn on a weekend but not processed for days as a result my dogs blood work was inaccurate. Even the vet at VCA who called to give me the results said my dogs blood work was unreliable because of how long it took to process after being drawn. Without realizing it she basically admitted VCA negligently handled the sample. I see VCA reads and replies to these reviews, a reply is not needed nor is it wanted. If you feel so inclined to reply only do so if its in the form of a refund for the mishandled bloodwork.

The doctors and staff at the Iselin Animal Hospital are top notch. Unfortunately I lost two pets this year and the care that I received both at the time and after was not only professional but humane and sympathetic. Both times I received a sympathy card signed by the entire staff. They are wonderful people with big hearts that care a lot and I would recommend them to anyone that cares about their pet.

I have been a client of Iselin Animal Hospital for about twenty years now. I was somewhat concerned when VCA took over the practice, however I quickly became a believer. I have taken my current pets to Dr. Shannon Skekavis on several occasions and found that she is compassionate and knowledgeable. She has my trust! The staff has been friendly and helpful.

The wait time was very descent the receptionist Melissa was a big help and so was the Doctor on duty they gave me a good diagnosis as to what was wrong with my dog Envy they took care of her with the greatest amount of care and I would just like to say thank you to you guys once again u guys run a tight ship keep it up

They are wonderful. My pets have gone to this vet from their first visit and through out their lives. The staff is wonderful, and the vets are very knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable. I would recommend them to my friend, family and co-workers.

We have taken our pets to VCA Hospital for over 25 years now. I was very concerned when the ownership was changed. Dr. Rachel is fantastic the staff is caring and wonderful with our dog. I have so much confidence in her and the staff.
