I went to Encore Dental of Lacey for the first time and was blown away by the care & professionalism of the staff and Doctors. When I first called the office & came for my appointment, I spoke to Kelly at the front desk. I had what seemed like a hundred questions about my insurance (since it is new to me). She put my mind at ease with being patient and polite throughout the entire process. After the x-rays & cleaning were done, I saw Dr. Marc for my exam and told me I needed some dental work. It was minor and not nearly as bad as I thought. He was very kind and was genuinely caring. After I was done my appointment, I spoke with Kelly again. She provided me with a full treatment plan on what was recommended to me by the doctor, what my copays are and what my insurance would pay. I am amazed by how great this experience was. Thank you Encore Dental for making this a wonderful experience. I highly recommended this office to all my family & friends!!!

Their secretaries are lazy. They dont call at all and they dont return calls. Theyre are the biggest rip off. They dont send all the claims to your insurance then tell you your insurance dont cover for this or that so they can take your money. Iwouldnt recommend them at all. They did my sons deep cleaning and didnt tell me my insurance didnt cover it. $300 I paid. $150 for each side. I know someone that needed an implant and was told the insurance didnt cover. Thats a bs lie. Come to find out they never told the insurance that it was a medical necessity. No proof sent. Till She called them to put the claim in. Once that was done it was approved. 100 percent dont recommend unless you have money to give away. Oh and the owners are the one telling billing to dont send the claims to the insurance company.

I travel close to two hours to see my Dentist Dr. Mark Buttacavoli and The team of Young Doctors at Encore Dental. They have taken Dentistry to a whole new level ! Professionalism, Knowledge, state of the art instruments, and a wonderful staff make you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. Dr. T.J McDonald has to be one of the best Oral Surgeons around ! I had a Molar extraction done without feeling any pain during or after the surgery. Many years ago one extraction ( By another Dentist ) put me in bed with painkillers for three days ! ) I highly recommend Encore Dental as the #1 Practice in New Jersey ! Thank you Encore !!

A+ in every way! Thursdays the pediatric dentist is there to give the kids a break from hating the dentist. I have 2 daughters, 10 Years old and a 6 old. Just an example of the many things I love, my youngest daughter has been seen by at least 3 different dentist and all of them said she needed to be put under because she was flipping out scared. Not at Encore!!!!!!!!!! she had 2 cavities filled and a crown put on and she was so excited that she even said "mommy, this is the best day ever." She is a very happy little girl (luv that). I highly recommend going to Encore Dental.

These guys are simply the best! I used to be scared of going to the Dentist, but the people at Encore make you feel comfortable and are very reassuring. I had to have a bunch of work done, and I thought it was going to be a nightmare. They made it so easy that I actually look forward to going to the Dentist now. Plus, everybody who works there is super-nice. Dr. Frank is the best!!

Dr. Frank is my favorite dentist in the whole World!!!! Not only is he excellent at his craft, but he has a heart of gold and a wonderful bedside manner.
