DentalWorks in Beachwood is a nice facility. All of the staff and the doctor are polite and professional. The only reason I was not able to give this location 5 stars is because it was thee most painful cleaning I have ever had. I noticed that my hygienist, Omar, has not even been licensed for a year, so I would not be surprised if this was his first cleaning, thats how terrible it felt. I do not have any serious oral health issues minus some tooth sensitivity to cold and hot. That was not the source of my discomfort. He was aggressive while using the tartar scraper, not being mindful of my gums at all. He stabbed and scraped through the whole cleaning. I get my teeth cleaned regularly, so it was not as if he NEEDED to be so rough. My only hope is that this location provides continuing education so that Omar can improve his skills.

Very pleasant staff and the exam was more thorough than I would have ever expected. I was however disappointed with the fact that my wisdom teeth could not be removed by them. I would hope any dental facility would have the tools to solve most problems but I was instead told to find a specialist. I have had this pain for a long time now, going on 6 months, and to be told I have to find yet another person to do this procedure is frustrating. My insurance is only covered by a few dentists and I do not have the money to get a better plan. Was also upset that only 65% of my treatment plan is being covered, leaving me owing 2000$ still. Perhaps that is my insurances problem but from what I read that isnt the case.

I love the dentist! She kind, gentle, and explained issues well. Her professional staff was very competent and down right fun. HOWEVER ! The billing practices are very deceptive. I had to pay the full amount even though they knew what insurance would cover. When asked for a refund, they stated I still had more services (which insurance will cover part of) for future work. As a older woman on disability, paying the entire bill upfront was quite a hardship! Shame on you Dental Works!!!

Great attention to detail, staff is very professional and friendly, and very clean environment, and the hygienist, dentist and both of the front desk staff explained everything they were doing in a detailed and very easy to understand manner. This is my first visit there because I moved away from the neighborhood where my previous dentists office is located and switched over to this one that is closer to where I live now, and this will become my permanent dentist. I highly recommend this office!

Very nice clean and professional Dentist office. The Staff made me feel very relax and comfortable. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and informative. They have all the latest equipment. They explained every procedures that was done on me and set me up for all my follow ups.I would recommend this establishment to anyone that needs dental work done no matters how extensive it may be, they are equipped to handle it all,without a long wait. From the very first contact with Kim in customer service, I found this practice to exceed expectations. Omar was the most efficient and knowledgeable hygienist who explained everything step by step. State of the art equipment. Dr. Wang was so thorough in providing me the options of necessary dental work which included visuals. So impressed and grateful to be a new patient.

Ive had 2 visits here so far and they have been great. Its a clean, organized, and very professional place. I loved all the staff, specifically Kimberly, Omar, and Dr.Wang. They were very kind, accommodating, thorough, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stars for sure.

Super nice and very professional people there. Explain all the details and also expense to you based on the insurance. Cant believe I get white teeth back after the first visit. My 7 yr kid loves them too. Yes, kids friendly! Will recommend to my friends for sure.

I will definitely go there again. Would make an improvement though and start using eye protection like special glasses during the procedures as its not comfortable to see different instruments just in few sm away of my eyes. :)
