I cant not begin to tell you what these folks did for my life. First Ive been afraid of dentists my whole life. This office changed that. I have had extensive work done. Implants, root canals, multiple crowns and I can easily say that I had very little or no pain. They made sure that I wasnt uncomfortable for even a minute. Also, being afraid of dentists meant I didnt go to one for years which resulted in a bad smile, or no smile. I was embarrassed to open my mouth. I now have a new attitude to go with my new smile. They changed not just my smile, but my whole thought process on the dentistry industry in a whole. They helped me financially find what I could afford to have done (I think they added a couple things on top of what I spent but for no additional money :~) ). I am so lucky to have made that first phone call. Dont be afraid to pick up the phone. Their whole staff are amazing. Theyll make you feeling

My wait time was a bit long and even though I am not a patient. They followed up with me to ask about my experience. Actions like that is what makes a great customer experience.
