OK, here is the bottom line. We are a family of 4. We have been going to Dr. Juncas office for OVER 20 YEARS. He also treats other members of our family. We have referred countless friends to his practice over the years. Heres why: he and his staff have our backs. They treat us like members of their own family AND they follow up. He is a perfectionist and is incredibly detail oriented. I will give a few examples. 1. My wife has had porcelain veneers on several of her front teeth for many years. They were originally placed by another dentist in another state. When my wife had problems with them, she was unaware of Dr. Junca. Upon meeting him, he "hooked her up," with a beautiful set of veneers and has cared for her ever since. Did I say over 20 years? How many of you out there can say that you have had a patient-relationship with a physician for over 20 years? 2. A dentist wanted to do a procedure on one of our children. Dr. Junca saw us before the procedure. He re-evaluated our child and did not feel it was necessary citing a few factors that could have permanently hurt our childs teeth. For that we were grateful. 3. Our other child required braces and in doing so, needed to have some teeth pulled and an impacted tooth worked on. We went to a Surgeon that Dr. Junca recommended. For this, he takes tremendous pride and care in recommending other doctors who need something that he is unable to provide. Dr. Junca follows up with you to make sure you are getting "Rock Star" treatment and care. Well a very minor thing happened after we had some work done with this Oral Surgeon. However, at the time, being 11PM, and since this happened with one of our kids, I was out of town and my wife was home going out of her mind. We tried getting in touch with the doctor which was taking a while. As a backup plan, I called Dr. Juncas office number and followed the instructions to get in touch with someone. The office manager [who absolutely rocks!!] called me back and had me take a picture of what happened and I texted it to them. Dr. Junca got the message & picture, called our Surgeon directly, and then called us back himself, at "11:30 PM" to explain everything, that there was NOTHING to worry about, and that "all was OK." Ive been in Critical Care Medicine for nearly 20 years. I know many, many doctors in the Orlando area very well. Yes, Dr. Junca and his staff do a fine job of taking care of your teeth. However, when it comes to the "intangibles," the other "little things" that sets someone apart from all the rest, I can assure you that if you are looking for someone who will "take care of you," you will not have to look any further. Dr. Junca takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and is diligent with his follow up to ensure that you and your family are taken care of. In our opinion, he and his office staff are among the finest anywhere!

Without a doubt the best dentist experience I have ever had! That says quite a bit given the variety of dentists I have seen across thousands of miles. The office is ultra-clean and modern, with comfortable chairs and nice relaxing music. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a longtime friend by everyone in the office. The front staff is very nice and accommodating even when you are little late for your appointment. Dr. Junca is extremely knowledgeable with many years of experience under his belt. He knows what is the best for you and what treatment will be the most affordable for you, he takes the time to be as thorough in explaining the procedures and answering any questions you may have. When it was time for my cleaning the hygienist was warm and quick to relieve me of any anxiety that still remained. The procedure was equally remarkable, quick yet methodical and I left with a deliciously clean smile. I can honestly say that Dr. Junca has magical and gentle hands. I am petrified of needles from previous bad experiences at the dentist and with him as my dentist and his excellent and top quality dental assistants made my visits incredible, pain free and most of all no discomfort afterwards. They are so accommodating that I had to take my grandchild with me a few times to my appointments they would cater to my grandchild while I was getting my crowns done. I can truly and sincerely recommend Dr. Junca to all my friends and family members.

I have been here several times as a patient. The office staff is friendly enough. There always seems to be about 10 too many people working as staff....My negative experience is with the dentist. I am not scared of dentist and know there can be some pain but each time I have gone this female dentist digs in and has hurt me EVERY time. Dr. Rasha Fatima, DDS at the clinic on south Semoran. The first couple of times, I would say hey, that hurts...it has been awful..as well, in a clinic that sponsors pain free dentistry - this dentist doesnt practice it. My last visit I just held my hand up and told her not to touch me..that she continually causes me pain and not to touch me..this was just a well check...I am now going to Brad Arnez, on Conway who doesnt create extra pain for his clients. In the other review regarding the paperwork, I remember that policy the clinic has...I find it a waste of time for someone to make an appointment, the office call to confirm the appointment, then the patient to call back to reconfirm the confirmed appointment and then show up on the day originally set aside for that appointment...its a bad policy and I didnt sign that form in agreement with it when I began treatment....

Wow, its amazing how people have nothing else to do but to publish lies and BS ESPECIALLY of businesses that only and simply provide the best of services like Junca Dental & Associates!! Go figure! SMH.... Dr. Junca and Associates has provided myself as well as my family the upmost superior Dental services for the last 10yrs! Every friend/family member that I have referred to his office can testify the same 100% of everytime! If there is any negative feedback on his services, I am quite sure it was not a result of his friendly office, for which are very great communicators by the way! Sorry but not everyone can be pleased in this lovely world we all live in! Lighten up people!

Dr. Junca and staff are Wonderful!! I have been a patient for nearly 13 years and wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else. Although I have moved out of state, I still travel back for every visit. Dr. Junca is warm, friendly, understanding, and caring. He really knows how to make you feel at ease (especially a fraidy cat like me), and works with you so that you have the best experience possible. Both he and his staff truly care about you, and your health and work hard to make sure you receive the best care imaginable. I highly recommend Dr. Junca for all of your dental needs.
