I have been seeing Dr. G for about 10 years, long before she had her own practice. When I learned of her opening up on her own there was never a second thought to follow along to her new location. She took my mouth from a destroyed mess (my own fault) and very literally "rejuvenated " my smile, to use their own slogan. I needed intense cleaning and 6 crowns, never once did I feel judged. Sure you have to wait about a month to get in, but in a place like Orlando, as busy as it is, I would run from an office that got me in right away. To me it says volumes for her and her staff that people are willing to wait, and it is worth the wait. There is also a tv above every exam chair and my kids love that!! Vicki did an amazing job crafting my crowns, Sara is very informative, patient and gentle with cleaning sensitive teeth, dawn is always pleasant and I always get a reminder call for my appointments. There are not enough good things to say about Dr. G. she always takes time for each patient without making the next one wait forever and she always explains whats going on with my care, I never feel the need for second opinion. All of my appointments since i gained my new smile have resulted in less needed dental work and a higher self esteem, I cant tell you how much just being able to smile properly helps in a job interview or meeting new people. I never felt good about going to dentists and let years of dental issues get worse over fear of bad experiences and fear of judgement, now I go knowing what to expect and that all of my past dental experiences caused me to stop seeing a dentist needlessly, as I have found my perfect place. Thank you to Dr. G and all of her staff for giving me more than just a healthy mouth! If you are looking for a state of the art office, professionalism, excellent care and a final place to try, this is it, 5 stars are not enough.

I will start by saying that the office itself is nice. I transferred from a more modest dentists office and this office is definitely nicer. The rooms have tvs over the chairs and all the equipment seems new and up to date. The staff wasnt unfriendly, but I felt like just another patient, not an individual person. My last office greeted you by name and took an interest in your day and life. This office was not like that. But the number one reason for the poor rating is their scheduling/ time management. Ive been experiencing pain and gum swelling and I called and made an appointment to address the issue which I told the receptionist about over the phone. I had to wait 3 WEEKS before I could get an appointment and then all they did was take a few X-rays, tell me what needed to be done, and that I needed schedule another appointment to come back. I took half a day off work to get the issue taken care of, made sure all my records/cleanings were up to date and they didnt even do anything during a scheduled appointment. Now I have to wait, in pain, another week before they begin to take care of the problem, followed by waiting 2 more weeks and coming back to finish. Thats 3 separate days of time I have to take off work wothout pay to turn around and give them $1000 for my dental work. Dont schedule a patient if you cant make the time to take care of their needs. If being able to watch tv while getting dental work done is important to you, then this is the place for you! If you want care on a more personal level and in a timely manner, then I recommend going elsewhere.

My experience at Oasis dental could not have been better. I was immediately greeted by name and welcomed with smiles when I entered the office. The decor was really beautiful and it also complimented their state of the art equipment. Dr. G was very thorough, professional and kind. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease (which is hard to do since I am always nervous at the dentist). Vicki who assisted her kept me informed throughout the process and was very friendly. And Sarah (hygienist) was meticulous with my teeth, funny and cared about each tooth like they were her own. I have gone to other dental offices with beige, drab walls and X-ray machines and equipment that look outdated. And where you feel confused by the time you leave and not even thanked on the way out! Oasis dental is exactly what the name says - an Oasis. A place you can go to with an ease of mind for comprehensive dental care in a pleasant atmosphere with great and friendly staff. This is the place to go!! 2 thumbs up!!

I wanted my teeth straightened, but absolutely did not want braces. My (former) primary care dentist offered invisalign, but was only able to correct mild cases. My case was pretty difficult, so I was referred to Dr. G because she can handle the more difficult cases, and I wanted a second opinion since I had already been to an orthodontist. I could not be happier with my experience and the entire invisalign process! Im almost finished, but my smile is already so wonderful and no one ever knows I have my invisalign trays in!! The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and answer any questions I may have. I love it so much here, that Ive recently decided to leave my primary dentist Ive had for the past 20 or so years, to have Dr. G as my primary. Their "in-house" annual dental plan is also really great and affordable for those without dental insurance!

Honestly, you cant be more comfortable anywhere else. They have TVs in front of you as you wait for anything, youre never just staring at the ceiling. Theyre very nice and dont judge, regardless of your situation. I had two root canals downstairs by the best endodontist in orlando and my caps put on by them. Theyre so in sync. They dont pressure you to do anything you dont want to do at the time and they will never allow you to be uncomfortable. They did a dental bonding on one of my teeth that later came off but they did such a good job lining it up and making me feel amazing that I dont want to go to anyone else to have it done again. Im going back for another bonding later because I trust them so much to make me look normal. I couldnt respect anyone more. They really take the fear out of seeing the dentist.

My search is over!!! I feel like Ive finally found a dental office that I can trust AND also enjoy a great professional experience. Dr. Ganessingh and her staff at Oasis Dental ensured my visit was comfortable and as pleasurable an experience as one could possibly ask for when it comes to getting a root canal! From making my appointment with Vicky, being welcomed by Dawn and Raj on arrival and having my xrays taken by Lorraine, the entire process was seamless and so easy, but perhaps the best experience was Dr. Ganessinghs gentle hands and attention. She took the time to calm my nerves and explained the entire process with all my options. Thanks again guys for an awesome experience and see you in 6 months!
