I have just had the most horrible experience here! Office manager Robin is by far the rudest and most foolish individual I have ever encountered. After botching my scheduled appointment, she proceeded to vehemently argue with me rather than make any attempt to resolve the situation. Her absolute incompetence warranted an apology, but instead she quickly flew off the handle and even called the police! After explaining to the officers the situation, we all agreed that Robin’s actions were completely irresponsible and downright careless. To be clear, Im not sure if Dr Rae’s aptitude as a dentist is in any way related to the appalling choices he’s made in staffing his front office, but as a precaution, I’d steer well clear of this place if I were you.

Having long been a person who is terrified of the dentist, I fell in love with this office from the moment I called to make an appointment. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, Michelle is the BEST hygienist I have ever had!!!! She treated me gently, she was fast, and I had zero discomfort during the cleaning. I cannot recommend her enough!! The absolute best office Ive ever been too. Ive had a lot of tooth related issues, including root canals and extractions, and every time have had it done perfectly without any pain, and with the best precautionary steps before and after the fact. Great staff, all extremely friendly and willing to help with things that dont need serious attention. I would definitely recommend going here with any issues you may have.

Dr. Rae is up on cutting edge procedures, I take my 3 sons there also and they love him. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Weve had a few dental emergencies and theyve managed to get us in with nothing but smiles and kind words of support. I teach school and always recommend them... Wouldnt go anywhere else!

We had two appointments back to back for routine cleanings. We do this to make just one trip. But they put another appointment between ours. I am disappointed they chose to make us wait rather than push our two appointments together. And naturally the appointment thats between is running late...

Dr. Rae and his staff have done a professional and thorough job for my entire family. We recently switched to his office from another dentist who was not nearly as detail oriented, clean and specific in his treatment plan.
