ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE OFFICE NOT FOR ANYONE WITH DENTAL ANXIETY. RDA TRACI IS BEYOND RUDE AND CARED NOTHING MORE THAN HER LUNCH GETTING ORDERED THE SAME GOES FOR THE DENTIST DR. MARTIN.and this is my horror story. I called at 10:15 am with an emergency I was in severe pain. The receptionist maryjane told me I could come in for an 11 am at this point I let her no I have extreme dental anxiety. I get there and wait 45 minutes which I did not mind at all since I was in terrible pain.the receptionist was checking someone out and the dental assistant Traci interrupts her saying its very important and proceeds to tell the receptionist this is our food order you need to place it immediately! So that was the first thing to throw me off but I let it go. It was very cold in the office so I let the receptionist know I would be going to my car for a sweater. I walked out the door open my car and I hear a man scream LISTEN IM WAITING FOR YOU. I go into the building and ask Traci (rda) if that was the dentist. She says yes I said I thought he was a little rude , if it was my turn the receptionist should have said not to go to.my Traci proceeds to yell at me and goes and tells the dentist I said hes rude and unprofessional and that Im not a patient that should be treated here. The dentist martin nugiel came in and told.me I need to go.somewhere else, even tho I would have loved to I needed this pain taken care of so I asked if he could just help me. So he took an xray wrote me a script and referal for oral surgeon I call surgeon they asks to speak with someone from the staff I ask and the maryjane the front desk and she says no. Then the dentist Dr martin tells me okay you can leave we are having a lunch party. All in all they were more concerned about their food than a patient. Worst experience ever. Especially the rda Traci she should loose her license with how unprofessional and lack of compassion.

JUST CALLED THE OFFICE TO MAKE A CLEANING APPT. GIRL ANSWERED PHONE AND SAID I HAD AN APPT. 2 WEEKS AGO THAT I MISSED. I SAID........SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME......WHEN WAS IT MADE....A YEAR AGO????? SHE SAID WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN IT DOWN.....YOURE AN ADULT. I SAID.....YOURE AWFULLY SARCASTIC FOR SOMEONE WORKING IN THE DR.s OFFICE............SHE SAID THAT I WAS AND SCREW YOU. I SAID THE SAME. CAN YOU IMAGINE A DR.s OFFICE CONDUCTING BUSINESS THIS WAY!!!!?????????? I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE GOING HERE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE OF MY TELEPHONE EXPERIENCE ....... WHAT A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE...... THIS IS "NOT PROFESSIONAL" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An issue occurred during my treatment. I cannot say that it was any reflection on Dr. Nugiels skill, but he did not follow through on his offer to refund the cost of the treatment. I had advised him that my attorney had recommended that I hold off agreeing to the refund until the situation was resolved by other doctors, which took a year. Dr. Nugiel then said that the guarantee no longer was in effect.
