Heres a reason to not go to them and go to your primary care physician instead. THEY WILL NOT DO REFILLS ON PRESCRIPTIONS. As it happened to me, I went and paid for a visit and they gave me prescription which ran out after a week or so. My condition returned after about 3 weeks and I called them asking if they could refill my prescription at the pharmacy where I had originally purchased it and they absolutely refused. Told me I had to go back and be re-evaluated, which would mean I would have to pay for a 2nd visit within a month for the same condition just so that I could get a refill. First, they explained it away as part of some law that they couldnt do refills. After I called a second time insisting to speak with the doctor and refuted their law excuse after researching it online, I was told at that point by the doctor that it was simply MedExpress company policy that they just dont do refills at all on prescriptions. Your regular doctor would probably do refills as theyre only interested in seeing you once every 12 months or so. Not so with MedExpress. Imagine being charged twice within a month for the same condition!

After seeing the reviews here, I wasnt keen on going to this place, but its the only urgent care in our area that is in network for our insurance. The support staff was great - very kind and helpful. They are the reason for the 2 stars instead of 1. That was the only good thing, tho. The wait to be seen was ridiculous - well over an hour, just to be told by the doctor that we had to go to the emergency room because they didnt have the equipment needed to take care of the problem wed told them about when we first arrived. And then - when we get to the emergency room, they said that they could not take care of the problem because the injury was over 48 hours old and was nearly healed, and so they referred us to an oral surgeon. Seriously?! Why did the doctor at the urgent care not know this? Very frustrated, and will go further next time to find an urgent care that has more knowledgeable physicians.

I would never go to MedExpress ever again. We went because my daughter fell very ill while visiting family. We waited an hour to be seen, then once she was looked at it wasnt a very thorough examination. Dr said it was a virus and she couldnt prescribe to many antibiotics in one day because they get in trouble. Gave us a prescription for cough medicine and we left. We ended up leaving our stay with family to bring our daughter home to her primary doctor after she got much worse. Turns out my daughter had pneumonia in both lungs! How this was missed by the Medexpress doctor is not ok! I will never recommend this place. It was a total waste of our time and money.

This is an absolutely capitalistic place. I wasnt going to say anything but now I will. I went in to this place gave the person at the computer my insurance card and was told word for word "Your visit wont cost you anything today and your insurance will cover it all" well after that being said I get a bill telling me my insurance only covered $50 and Im being charged $155.00. So its appreciative that not only are we rushed in and briefly looked at, but we are also lied to. Anything to get money right med express? I feel this violates some kind of law to tell people they arent being charged anything and then be charged?

Horrible waste of time no one listens to you spent almost 2 hours in pain and crying no one asked if I was okay just one patient who had compassion and went to desk and asked if they were going to see me as I was crying. Doctors dont listen just give you wrong medications and cant wait til you leave. I would rather suffer in pain at home as they dont help you! RUN dont go here! Doctors dont listen to your issues they bill your insurance do nothing nor listen to you!!! Still in a horrible amount of PAIN what a scam this place is!

Well, where to begin. A 2 hour wait bc theres 5 nurses and 1...yes, only 1 doctor. According to the registering nurse, they always have only one doctor available. After being seen for a spasm in my neck, it took a grand total of 2.5 hours to get in, seen, and on my way with my prescriptions. FAR from express. Thankfully, I only had to go here today bc my regular doctors office was closed due to the holiday. In 2.5 hours...the doctor saw maybe 4 people before me .

I was beyond impressed with the customer service I received with this location. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The wait time was extremely reasonable and we were able to to get x-rays right on premises. The dr not only followed up at 8am the next morning, but also got us a morning appointment with a specialist and then followed up again that night. I couldnt have greater things to say. Thank you so much!

Horrible place "doctors" thought we were lying about my husbands condition and kept contradicting themselves. You should send your doctors back to med school, how do you not know what a person has. Seriously how do you call yourselves doctors. Would not recomend it to anyone, waste of time. They just wanna rip you off, anything for money right? Go somewhere else but here.

DO NOT GO HERE! The long wait I can handle, but the angry, inexperienced, unprofessional nurse is the biggest reason the avoid this place. Absolutely the worst! We ended up leaving without getting anything resolved- in fact, in worse shape after going here and now will have to go to a real doctor.

Awful place. Doctor gave me an invalid prescription (incorrectly filled out) for a dosage that does not even exist. Also basically called me a liar about the dosage of a medication Ive been on for about 20 years. Do yourself a favor and never come here.

I had a slice in my finger and I went right in and the medics came right out and just had to fill a couple papers. They glued my finger instead of stitches and my finger was better in 3 days. Staff were great the place was super clean.

Would not recommend. It seems that the goal of the office is NOT what is best for you - but the goal is to find any way possible to get you back as many times as possible to create maximum $$$ income from office visits.

I went in on New Years weekend, so it was busy, but the process was efficient and fast. The facility is clean and modern. I was diagnosed quickly by a very nice doctor who explained my treatment thoroughly.

I got here at 8 am (when they first opened) I waited over an hour just to get called back. Usually I go to minute clinic but their wait times are always so long. Worst "express" office ever.

Receptionists were cheerful, wait time less than 30 minutes, nurse and Physicians Assistant very professional. Also, being new to the area, they gave me names of primary care physicians.
