I just visited the office located on Wood Ave in Linden NJ, and I overall I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I went in for a cleaning, and was pushed over and over to get X-rays (at an additional cost) even though I continually stated I did not want them. After receiving my cleaning (in fairness the Hygienist did a pretty good job) the Doctor came in to see me and again pushed X-rays. Again, I stated that I did not want X-rays. She looked at my mouth for a minute and then said we are going to take two bite wings. I again told her that I did not want X-rays; I have a dentist that I have been using for the last 10 years and he is the only one who works in my mouth. I just moved down the street and only need a cleaning. Her response was, and I quote "then do me a favor and dont come back, we are not a cleaning service." Needless to so I will do her that favor, but not before I share my experience. If you want a dentist who will tell what they are going to do, regardless of what you as the patient want, this may be the place for you. I personally feel that its my body, and my money, so I will decide what I want.

I am not the easiest dental patient to deal with. . . .procrastinations my method of dealing . . . for a decade. . . or a bit more. But Dr. Hayecks patience and compassionate care has me well on the road to good dental health! My first visit was for one of those intense-pain emergencies, whew! She solved that problem immediately! She explains every bit of what shes doing and is so considerate of the patient. Dr. Hayeck is extremely competent and caring, and carefully considers each patients issue. Ive developed such a respect and high level of trust for her, due to her skills, knowledge and concern. I have an unpredictable job and have found the office staff to be super helpful on an occasion when Ive had to reschedule. (Not that Im trying to procrastinate anymore, Ive turned over a new leaf!.) Dr. Hayeck has me smiling!

Desde que era muy pequena me atiendo en el consultorio de la Dr. Andrea Hayeck. Yo estoy muy satisfecha con su trabajo a pesar de que soy una persona muy nerviosa cuando voy me siento muy relajada y en confianza. Su staff es muy professional y siempre me dan la facilidad para hacer mis appoiments. Tambien me gusta que tienen muchos especialistas y no tengo la nesecidad de estar yendo a otras oficinas.

Do not go here, the front desk is beyond nasty. Not only that but they are negligent and incompetent. They do not know how to read x-rays, I needed a tooth pulled and now have no gums in the area where the tooth was and need to pay over $3000.00 to fix their mistake. I consistently told them about a problem area and they ignored it. My new dentist was shocked at how much my gum receded and that nothing was done about it. I have already reported them to NJ Board of Dentistry. Something needs to be done about the way they treat their patients. If you want a good dentist DO NOT come to this one!

I have always valued my treatment highly from Dr. Hayeck, in the 5+ years I have been going to her practice. She never performs unneeded treatments or even suggests them, taking the time to explain - and show - the issues with my teeth. As a result, I have felt confident in the work she performs. She is very much a "no-nonsense", states the situation as it is, in clear, easy to understand terms, which I appreciate a lot. I guess for me, the issue with choosing, and staying with a doctor, is the matter of trust, and Dr. Hayeck has certainly earned that from me. I would heartily recommend her.

I have been to this office many times for many cleanings from their attentive team. The hygiene staff makes even the most apprehensive patient feel very comfortable at this dental office. Dr Hayeck is very gentle when doing her comprehensive exam and explains every procedure prior to performing the work. They take a lot of pride in giving each patient the time they deserve and they are very courteous to the patients time. Ive never had to wait for my appointment so I would definitely refer friends and family to get their dental work done at this practice.

Love my smile. Dr. Andrea Hayeck, DDS., and Dental Associates is the best in dentistry. She has a great team. Everyone is friendly and professional. I neglected my teeth for years, and have had many dentists. None of which, have been better at the Mastery of Dentistry, than Dr. Andrea Hayeck. She has transformed all of my ugly teeth into a beautiful smile. Dr. Hayeck is warm and personable making a visit to her office all the more comfortable. I would have to say that this saddens me very much, being a patient of Dr. Hayeck for a very long time. But unfortunately her staff is driving this place to ruins with their antics, and attitude toward patients. They use bully-like tactics to bring attention to certain matters. They even send me a very NASTY letter stating they were ending our DR-Patient relationship. Due to the lack of experience they have with their own payroll department. Dr. Hayeck is lookking more and more out of touch than she has in the past 10 years...What a shame...

Dr Andrea Hayeck is outstanding. She always takes the time to explain her plan but more importantly she takes time to listen to my concerns before she proceeds. She is very organized and dedicated to the details of running a practice. She also is dedicated to her profession as I know she volunteers her time in youth groups and introducing children to the field of dentistry. There should more professionals like her.

They never fail to amaze me, the staff is absolutely incredible; they are very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk into the door. Throughout my life I have had several dentists. Dr. Hayeck is my favorite. For the past three years I have been seeing Dr. Hayeck and my teeth are better for it.
