This rating is for the office, not the doctor himself. Dr. Krupp is a 5-star doctor but his office manager Jackie is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life. She was the one awful thing about having to go to this office the entire time I was there. Making appointments were painful. Dr. Krupp has been my doctor for many years. About a year ago he stopped taking my insurance so I had to go to another doctor. He now takes my insurance again and I was so excited to return. But Jackie tells me it is their policy once you leave you can never return. EVER. I did not want to stop seeing Dr. Krupp, but my insurance would not allow it. Had I known their policy I would not have had my records transferred. I should have been informed of this. She will not even let me speak to the doctor. I have referred so many people to this practice, but apparently she is the judge, jury and executioner in this place. I have not been this upset in a while. She took glee in telling me I could not return. Absolutely 100% an awful person.

I hope YOU go elsewhere, because at the moment, I am still able to get an appointment with Dr. Krupp when i need one (he does not overbook; i fear if he becomes even more widely known, i wont be able to get in to see him); i do not have to wait when i arrive at his office, he sees me (and all patients) right away. Dr. Krupp profoundly changed my life when he was able, on a first visit, to diagnose a problem that other MDs had missed; was able to confirm that diagnosis on a 2nd visit (after test results came back), was able to refer me to several specialists who are now working with Dr. Krupp to treat me. For 15 years prior to Dr. Krupp, i had seen an internist in a nearby town who implied that my crippling pain was imagined. 3 weeks after meeting Dr. Krupp for the first time, I am largely pain free. I cannot emphasize enough how responsive Dr. Krupp has has been to my particular situation. I said to my wife, "I feel like i am receiving extraordinary medical care, for the first time in my life."

I went to Dr Krupp several years ago. Here are the three reasons why I never went back. I had a slight urinary tract infection which my long time former doctor would treat by simply prescribing the appropriate antibiotic and that was that. Not Dr. Krupp. He wouldnt, said I had to go to urologist! He saw a birth mark on my back that I knew was nothing. He said he didnt like it and said I need to go to a dermatologist. So I did. Dermatologist said this is nothing, who sent you here? What Doctor? Last item, he did an EKG and said he didnt like how it looked and again sent me to a specialist, this time a cardiologist. Cardiologist said, there is nothing wrong with you. Who sent you here? What Doctor? So you tell me people. these are the facts. Apparently this guy does nothing but send you to specialists. Waste of money if you ask me. Cant believe he is still in business.

I really enjoyed meeting Drs. Krupp and Mohan when I moved to Montclair 4 1/2 years ago. They always found a way to squeeze me in. But Im sad to say its all over because my new employer has Horizon BCBS which these Drs. accept but they are not taking any new patients.?????????New patient? Ive been a patient for 4 1/2 years who happened to change insurance providers (both of which you accept). I am completely shocked that you would just let a patient go without so much as a "good luck and good health".You guys really let me down.

I was a patient of Dr. Krupps for several years. Over that time he has twice refused to fill prescriptions for routine medications prescribed by multiple other specialist doctors (not narcotic or opiod medicines, btw), and he recently refused to remove three stitches I needed removed after a surgery I had out of state (and refused to even speak to me to offer a rationale for refusal). This is not a doctor I would recommend. AT ALL.

You know a doctor is special when two completely independent people recommend him. And even after the enthusiastic recommendations, he exceeded every expectation! A compassionate, practical, and extremely effective doctor who literally changed my life. He diagnosed me as having Celiac Disease and got me on a path of feeling like a completely new person. I cant thank Dr. Krupp enough!

Dr. Krupp is hands down the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! His observational skills has saved my bacon TWICE! Once in noticing a mole behind the hairline that turned out to be malignant. And then diagnosing a perplexing series of symptoms as a rare auto immune illness. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Been a patient for many years. Dr. Krupp is knowledgable, patient, and GOOD! He knows his stuff and is very very nice man who cares. Could not recommend him more highly. I still go to him even though I am over 30 minutes away and all my other doctors are affiliated with Hackensack Hospital.

BEST DOCTOR! Dr Krupp takes his time to figure out whats going on. You never feel rushed. I have been going to him for several years. A few years ago I lost my insurance. I was told regarding their "Leave you cant come back" policy. I decided to stick it out. I didnt want to loose Dr. Krupp.

Love Dr.Mohan she always is able to squeeze me in for an appointment last minute. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The experience is always a good one here. Sometimes it is a little crowded and the wait can be a little annoying which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5

Dr. Krupp is very friendly, caring, and thorough. I have never waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and I have never felt rushed. He takes his time and shows a personal interest in everyone. Great guy! I have also seen Dr. Mohan and she also a great doctor.

First doctor Ive ever been to where I think he actually cares about me as a person, not just as a paying customer. He respects your time by not keeping you waiting long and lets you spend as much time as you need asking questions.
