Ive been going here for the past 7 years, both with insurance and without. Ive never had a problem and the staff has never been rude to me. Yes, sometimes you do need to wait (what do you expect? Its a clinic.), but its not as bad if you make an appointment. I always try to make an appointment and have only "walked in" a couple of times since Ive been going here. Its pretty darn cheap if you dont have insurance, as someone else mentioned (I paid around the same price as another reviewer for my exam and 13 months of pills when I didnt have insurance, less than $250). With insurance, I only paid my co-pay for a Specialist, since thats what they are considered to be. Its pretty easy to make an appointment (compared to making one at a regular OB/GYN office, which Ive tried at a few, and the doctors were booked a month or two in advance), unless youre trying to get a Saturday appointment (they book up fast, at least a week or two in advance). Im actually due for my next annual exam soon, so Im going to be making that appointment in a couple weeks.

i took a shot in the dark taking a run here but NEVER again. i usually have a regular ob-gyn but unfortunately due to having to change my insurance im trying to find a doctor that im comfortable with and i NEED birth control. i look on their website and it says birth control services are available upon a WALK IN basis. i get there... takes the receptionist atleast 5 minutes to finally acknowledge me standing there cause shes too busy talking to the nurses about something and when i explain my situation she tells me i can only get it after making an appointment and having an exam. its very simple, i know what i need. i just need one sample to get me through the current month. i dont need a bogus exam from some random doctor that i will never go back to. point blank. i thought the point of planned parenthood is to get help in situations like this but clearly i was mistaken. it was pretty clear the staff just didnt want to be bothered.

I thought that this place was the only quick fix to be tested but it is not a quick fix at all. You begging with filling out long and personal questions in the waiting room. They charge about $50 to $60 to be test and if you have insurance it does come up on the insurance. Then YOU WAIT FOR ABOUT 3 TO 5 HOURS. You will be assisted for an average of 30 mins. Even all of that, I honestly did not really really mind but when I found out that it takes 3 + WEEKS TO GET RESULTS BACK that is where I drew the line. Why would I wait an entire month to get results I paid 50 something dollars for and took an entire day to do..... HONESTLY GO TO A MORE PROFESSIONAL AND LESS CROWED PLACE. you will probably save money, time, and have faster results.

.....cretins! I went for a walk-in, there were only 3 people in front of me, and I was there for 4 hours! Didnt even get to see the dimwitted doctor because I got fed up after being left half-naked in the freezing exam room. When I called the front desk from inside the exam room I was yelled at by the imbecile that answered the phone. She said that since it was a "walk-in" that they had the right to abandon me with the hopes of seeing a doctor, who never showed up. They dont give a rats behind about patients or their problems. Do yourself a favor and save up a few extra dollars, because this place is not even that cheap, and go to a REAL OBGYN, you wont regret it!

Recently I visited for limited services (testing). Yes you may wait a little but it all depends on the staffing. Sometimes when they are short staff is only reason why wait may be long. I came to this location last year & this year the whole staff is NEW. Therefore I had no issues like the reviews I just read. Also I was told that there are only 2 reps who answer calls at call center for all 5 locations. No calls come directly to the clinic therefore sometimes you may be on hold a while especially when its only 1 rep handling calls for all 5 locations as I was explained. You are better off making an appt online or going in person. Overall my visit was great...

The first time I went there, they were rude and I waited over an hour. The last time I tried to call for an appointment I waited and waited and never got through. Today I went there an hour before their stated closing time, to either get what I needed or make an appointment, and the doors were locked. So I tried calling to schedule an appointment and began at the 6th person in the queue and made it to the 1st 25 minutes later, only to wait another 40 minutes to GET NO ANSWER. The only reason I made it to the first caller is because everyone else must have been smart enough to give up earlier.

i am really disappointed with this PP-they treat you like cattle-no one gives you a minute to discuss whats going on with you. They did not treat me properly and gave me wrong referral and when I talked to someone about these issues they told me since they were not my primary doctor they couldnt treat me more thoroughly since they didnt know my history, yada yada????really? no professionalism whatsoever basically they dont care for you there and make no effort to go above and beyond.

This was my second visit here. The first time was pleasant and I was taken only a little later then my appointment start time. The second time I was a walk-in client. I was the first person in line and waited about 30 minutes to be seen-not terrible considering you cant make an appointment for birth control shots. Front desk staff are pleasant and the people in the back are very friendly. I definitely recommend this location!

I just waited on the phone for 20 mins (your is call is important to us...) , got answering machine that told me the call center was open, but no one picked up. Tried the website and they cant see me till next week wtf, Im not blaming that part on this planned parenthood, Im blaming the egregious underfunding of womens health care in America... But I would have liked to speak to a human after waiting on the line for so long.

As one reviewer said, its a clinic but a personal Dr therefore a long wait is expected. I have gone here on and off since I was 19 and Im now 32. The only thing I dint like its that they sit behind this glass which is at a distance and ask what youre here for. Now Ive only gone for annuals but I cant imagine if I had an issue that now I have to yell it out so they can here it over there. But they serve their purpose.

I went here once too, and waited for just under 5 hours myself. Their service is HORRIBLE! They treat you like garbage, and dont care that you spend basically the whole day in there waiting, and waiting, and waiting....I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. And its not just this location either. My friend went to another one and she said it was the same thing- lousy service, LOOOONG wait times, rude staff.
