I have worked with many Optical doctors over the last 48 years personally and for my family, but Optique Boutique has been nothing but trouble. I spent over $1000.00 on glasses and contacts for my two sons and they refused to give me a contact prescription for one of my sons, stating they were the only ones to fill it. I understand there is pricing pressure but they cannot hold me hostage that just is not right. We literately struggled to get them to give to us the prescription. Be careful in dealing with them. My personal experience was one of the worst ever with any doctors office. I personally hate to even write this but this doctor just hit all the wrong buttons. I expect trust, professionalism, and integrity none of which was part of my experience.

After years of getting incorrect prescription glasses, I tried to Optique Boutique for the first time in 2010. Finally, I got the correct prescription and diagnosis there. My eyes are no longer fatigued. Once you find a good doctor and staff, you will always stay with them. I won’t go anywhere else but here. I was recommended the Salt line of frames from the optician and now I am a huge fan of Salt frames. Very professional and friendly staff, I would say check them out if you haven’t already.

Have to say that I have been ALL around looking for decent frames. Found them here and let me say, staff is beyond excellent and helpful. Do they have higher end frames? Yes. But guess what? You get what you pay for! I needed everything and they were accommodating and also advised me in the direction to go in. People need to quit whining and understand what matters. They are very good at what they do and that is why they are there. Have been recommending them to everyone.

NOT a happy experience with them, staff and doctor seemed in a hurry to complete the check up and going home, but I understand it was running out late. I just needed a simple comprehensive eye exam and also mentioned it in the telephone, my EyeMed can simple cover that and I have to pay the minimum copay, thats it! Your Fundus Photography is pretty cool, and pictures of my eyes look awesome, but do I really need it? and did you tell me about this additional exam in advance?

I was referred here by a friend. Absolutely loved it because they made it possible to get rid of my glasses after wearing them for over 15 years. I was told by other optometrists that I will have to wear glasses for the rest of my life. They have all the latest cutting edge equipment and are very professional. I will definitely continue going here!

Just bad customer service attitude. I gave the insurance person 2 insurance cards; she returned one. After a cursory look on her desk, she said I hadnt given it to her (I had). When the salesperson came to help look, the insurance person said, in front of me, "Forget about it. Its not here. I need to get back to my work." You just lost my sale.

Very friendly staff. They definitely care about the patients and getting them what they need and want at the same time. Though prices for frames are a little on the pricey side, the attention to detail and your needs make it worth it.

Great spot. Ive been coming here for well over a decade. They can be somewhat pricey, but they usually have a good selection choose from as well as a welcoming and helpful staff.
