I do NOT recommend this office. Subpar customer service; you walk in and not one person behind the counter greets you (not if you speak English, that is. If you speak Spanish they will have a full blown conversation with you). Their sign-in sheet is a piece of paper where they scribble over the names (surely this isnt HIPAA compliant?) after they are done checking you in. Oh, and none of the office staff wear name tags or else Id call them out in my review. The physician was actually great - hes the only thing good about this place. As you see, other reviews mimic the same experience as mine. Shame, the doctor could have so much growth if he didnt have such miserable staff.

Yes My is Jose S.,I my and my two children havenbeen coming tothis eye doctor for over 10 yrs.I recently ask Daniel, one of the office clerks to help me get my prescription for my glasses which has not change in the last 4 yrs. Needless to say Daniel was very rude speaking over me and just being overly rude. I was taken back her behavior.I thought I was in a junkyard tryin to get my car out.I say this to said that Dr Harvey W. wont stand

I love this place! The doctor is always really nice. He speaks Spanish to my family who does not speak English. The staff is always very respectful and patient. I never feel uncomfortable there. Also theres no long wait time. I love their glasses selection too.

I go here with my daughter and like it better than the previous place I went. The doctor is very nice and he really good with my daughter. The wait time is not very long. Its the very first time that I actually like my glasses. ( I hate using glasses)
