Really disappointed with wait times here. My appointment was at 10:15. Its now 12:20 and I still havent been seen. This is my second visit, and I had a similar experience last time too. I just overheard the woman in the next room ask one of the assistants if the doctor forgot about her because shes been waiting so long. Contrary to other reviews, I felt the receptionist/front desk staff were pleasant and professional. I have also had positive experiences with the doctors. The problem is that you have to be prepared to sit around the office all day for your appointment. I suggest bringing a lunch and a cot for your wait, or just going elsewhere if you prefer to spend your time more efficiently.

Absolutely rude and terrible front desk. Being in health care profession I would never accept this kind of behavior from my front desk. Due to work hours and work place, I could only do evening appt. but was unable to schedule appt. that day of my first visit. Front desk told me that she will call me to make an appt. after talking to the doctor but never received any call. I called back 2 days later and was confronted with groggy/rude voice. If you hate working in that position than please dont work there and also doctors need to be more involved in taking care of their patients more rather than just the business.

I am so impressed with the care I am receiving from Valley Eye Professionals! From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness, respect and expertise. The new office is beautiful and spacious. I have a complicated eye problem and needed to see Dr. Piltz-Seymour, the glaucoma specialist as well as Dr. Halfpenny, the cornea specialist. Both doctors listened to my long history, reviewed old records, examined me more closely than anyone before and worked together to try to stabilize my condition. I feel that I am in the best hands possible. Thank you Valley Eye!

HORRIBLE!!!! Dr. DeFrancesco examined my eyes and issued me a new prescription. Turns out, after getting a new pair of glasses with the new prescription, I couldnt see out of the glasses! The new glasses gave me horrific headaches and were incredibly blurry. I sought a second opinion and the other doctor told me the prescription was completely off!! Just picked up an updated prescription and wow, the difference in the prescription even shocked my glasses shop! I had to buy another pair of lenses. Absolutely horrible experience. Oh, and your receptionists are nasty!

Worst place ever. I came here with my family. We took appointment for 4 people and they only had 3 scheduled. One of receptionist had the worst attitude and I dont think she realize that the place is running like this and she has a job because of us the patients. And even after its being their mistake for not scheduling everyone on their computer they didnt apologize or tried to accomodate one more pt. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Im sure they are a very nice practice but I am left disappointed. I made my appointment on Monday and went in for my appointment on Friday (today). I got their info from a search engine on my new insurance webpage and even asked if they took that insurance when I scheduled. To which they said yes. When I went in for my appointment they told me Id have to reschedule because only one of their docs accepts that insurance... Wasted my time.

Great office. Polite front desk, skilled staff and caring doctors. The examinations are very comprehensive. I usually dont take the time to write a review, but these docs are great. I RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO EVERYONE!
