VERY RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL STORE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. THEY LIED ABOUT TAKING MY INSURANCE SO I CAN MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THEN OVER CHARGED ME. THEY PROMISED TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT AND TWO MONTHS LATER NOTHING WAS RECEIVED TO MY INSURANCE! THEN I FIND OUT THEY WAS IN NETWORK AND COULD HAVE CHARGED ME CHEAPER! MANAGER IS NASTY! DONT SHOP HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET!

My experience at Omnivision was great they have wonderful customer service. The customer service/sales rep assigned to me was Kaleef. He had a phenomenal personality and a terrific sense of style. He assist me in picking out my favorite pair of sun glasses the black panther edition by Cartier. I will be back guys to purchase another pair real soon.

Great experience at Omnivision getting contact lenses. Easy to get an appointment - they were able to give me a same-day appointment because of a cancellation. The prices are good. Dr. Burg is excellent; very friendly, efficient, and takes time to explain what hes doing. Ill definitely be coming back.

I was treated very poorly. And surprise after feeling completely disrespected and not wanting my frames from them any more...no refunds! Only in store credit...why would I want in store credit for a place that treated me like crap??
