Let me start by saying, not every experience at this office was awful, but this last one, is what prompted me to give an awful rating with comments. As many patients have experienced here, Ive had to wait between 45-55 min before seeing the doctor on SEVERAL occasions. Imagine my surprise when I was 5 min late to my 415pm appointment and I had a missed call, door locked and doctor gone!!!!! Considering this office has no convenient hours, I am forced to leave work at 300pm, drive over an hour each time. So for the help to tell me that the doctor left because I was 5 min late is absurd. Weve made several phone calls to give the doctor a personal attempt to resolve and explain himself, with out resolution. I will take my money and business elsewhere, as both my husband and I deserve better treatment and will never accept this type of experience.

Dr. Horne is the best! He is an OBGYN and a urologist. I have been seeing him for the past 3 years for my IC, hormone issues, PCOS, endometriosis and other things- he is wonderful. He truly cares about his patients and takes his time. I love all of his staff, they are all incredibly kind, helpful and caring.
