First of all I had to wait 6 months to get my annual gyno appt. It was finally a couple days away, and I got my period, therefore I could not get my gyno exam done. I promptly called in several days before the scheduled appt to see if I could reschedule. The extremely rude staff told me their next available appointment was in 5 months! Ok, so obviously that wasnt going to work and I cancelled the appt. Well two months later I receive a phone call from Dr Wus office claiming I was a "no show" to my appointment and that I owe them money for this! Clearly, this is not true and I have the phone bill to prove that I had called in. This is also not the first time I have had issues with their office but this situation infuriated me so much I just had to share. I would not recommend this Dr office. They are unorganized, rude and unwilling to work with you. Stay away!

I was referred to dr woo by my primary care dr patrone. Well once the receptionist answered, I told her that I would like to make an appointment. The first thing out of her mouth was "she doesnt have any appointments until October." I said October what? She says "I dont know." Really? I asked how can you tell me that the dr. is book til October, but cant give me a date? Thats when she became rude, and I hung up, googles dr.woo, and saw the negative comment. Well, I have to agree, dont make appointments with this gyn!!!

I recently relocated, decided to make Dr Wu my GYN after looking at her experience. I wanted a GYN that cared about me. Dr. Wu was awesome. I would recommend her and her staff 5 times over. The reason it takes so long to get an appointment for regular issues I believe speaks for itself. Her patients love her. I was in another office, when a woman overheard that Dr. Wu was my doc, she echoed my positive comments.
