Ive been going to this dr. for 8yrs. But never for pregnancy and always thought I was being treated well. However,  I am now pregnant (and am high risk) and have had the worst experience in all my dealings with a doctor. For the past 6 months Ive been under her care and have complained of pains which were not normal. She ignored every claim I had and did no further investigation in regards to it. Unfortunately, I was rushed to the emergency room where I was informed I was high risk for placenta previa... I followed up with the dr. whom ignore my issues and actually got upset with me for expressing my concerns and asking if there was anything I could do to help the situation. Typically I left wit little to no info on my condition. A month later (after taking it upon myself to take it easy) I informed the dr. that the pain has not bothered me as much anymore. At that point she informed me that I am high risk for "Placenta Previa" amongst other medical issues. As you could imagine I was beyond upset and asked why am I just being informed of this. She replied "because I dont like when the E.R. tell my patients things that will upset them and send them to me. That is no reason for a doctor to omit any medical information especially if it pertains to the chief complaint of the patient. At that point a nurse came in to deescalate the situation. The nurse was very understanding and was honestly the only reason I considered returning in hopes that the Dr. Understood my wants as a patient. Well, I have officially had my last visit to that office with her as my ob/gyn. Once again I told her that the pain has retured and is so bad I cant turn over at night I have a hard time standing after short periods of time. It hurts to walk or walk stairs and even if I sit for long periods of time. I also informed her that I was in a car accident of which Ive began experiencing abdominal contractions acompanies with cramping. She then told me the baby looks fine and proceeded to walk out of the room. I then told her that I felt as though she was ignoring my issues and not addressing them she then said I should find another doctor. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. For a doctor to get upset because they are asked for information (which is there job) is ridiculous. Sounds to me like shes on the wrong field. And the worst part about all of this is while I was placing my complaint against her the rep on the phone overheard her violating my HIPPA rights. The upmost disgraceful experience and I would never recommend this doctor for any women in a vulnerable situation.

Dr. Mancini has been my Ob for over 10yrs. and shes AMAZING! If youre a newer patient please dont judge her on your recent experiences because she is actually sick and has been out on medical leave and that is why her scheduling and appointment handeling hasnt been A1 per usual. Shes not only my doctor, but the doctor of 50% of the women in my family. Shes delivered all three of my healthy children (and I was high risk with all three) which I was able to do natural, vaginal births with them all thanks to her kindness and guidance. Shes patient, genuinely concerned, caring, informative and kind. Even when I lived in a different state I drove 2+ hrs to come see Dr. Mancini because shes worth it! No other doctor I have ever had can compare to her, so please give her a break while she is trying to recover and I promise when she is back youll be glad you stuck with her. Not to mention her staff are AMAZING as well! Be understanding of her circumstance because any of her established patients will tell you how great she truly is.

I have been to this office twice. Once for a yearly exam and once to have my birth control shot injected. The doctor and nurses are all great, but after today I dont think Ill be back. Today I had a 9 oclock appointment (when the office is supposed to open) to receive another shot with that being said it is 10:17 and the office still hasnt opened. I have watched two other people try to go in who Im assuming also had appointments. I had called 5 times on two different days during business hours to confirm my appointment. No one ever answered and the voicemail box is always full so I cant even leave a message.

I absolutely love Dr Mancini! She is one of the best & kindest Doctors Ive ever had. Her bedside manner is equal to none. There just arent enough words to describe how wonderful she is, you must experience it for yourself. Her staff is amazing as well.

Dr. Mancini is the by far the most knowledge and gentle OBGYN Doctor that I have ever met. She delivered my daughter and operated on my mother. Her staff is very Thorough and friendly, I am honored to have her as my GYN.
