Dr Esschbach was great however the 3 witchceptionists ooops receptionists were the worst. I watched how they treated the young Woman that was before me and their behavior was completely unacceptable .... it was no different when they were dealing with me . I had not been to the doctors in a while so as far as I knew my insurance was fine but it was not fine after they checked me in and when I asked them what am I supposed to do or could they guide me in a certain direction of what I should do they absolutely would not even entertain the idea of helping me . I called the insurance company myself and the person at the insurance company asked me could they possibly speak to one of the three women that were working there and they absolutely refused .So I ended up having to leave and I just want to say sometimes when we are at work or even when we are not at work its a good thing to go the extra for someone to do something thats out of the norm step out of your box you know extend yourself a little bit . It was just a horrible display , they work at an OB/GYN doctors office where you already have anxieties about things they were the worst choices to be in there in the first place, they are jaded ,rude and its time for them to go ahead and retire. Bring in some people that are new and fresh and excited about their job and want to help people because it makes you feel good at the end of the day . I guarantee you those three are the type of women that as soon as the patient steps away and they close that little glass door theyre in there talking about you and probably continue to do it at home that evening . Out with the old and in with the new, freshen it up a bit in there . Have a good day !

Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. Had to Cancel the first appointment due to insurance coverage verification. Returned to second appointment with written down information and was not willing help without an actual card. She was able to use the internet to look up information but claimed she needed the card for a billing address! Stay away from this office unless you like to be treated with disrespect and condensation. Called another office in a nearby town the same day. The person was very helpful and respectful. She confirmed the insurance information over the phone and confirmed an appointment for 3 days later.

Ive had nothing but wonderful experiences as Dr Eschbachs office. Easy to schedule appointments once you are a client and he is very caring and patient. Especially when I have lots of questions. I will definitely trust him to deliver my baby.
