I wish I could give them zero stars in all honesty. I recently found out I am expecting my third child. (Both my children were born in Washington state) I called on a Monday and the earliest appointment was Thursday afternoon. I told my husband, and he arranged to take the afternoon off work. He does construction, so if he doesnt work, he doesnt get paid. Being that were just done with winter, and still in the rainy season, his work had been slow, but this being his first child, he wants to be there for everything. Unfortunately my wallet/phone was stolen Wednesday night. Since I had no phone I couldnt confirm a time for my babysitter, so I had to bring my kids with me. I went to the appointment anyway, thinking the dr.s could call my ins company and have the number faxed over. Nope. The receptionist was extremely rude and condescending. I told her the situation and said I have Aetna, and asked if she could call for me. She told me no and that I needed to take care of my own business. So then I said well I also have Medicaid. She then informed me that they dont accept it. Okay thats no big deal. Then she tells me that its my responsibility to figure it out and get them my ins information before the office closed. I work evenings, and had asked for a fax number. She told me that someone would have to drop it off. I asked my husband who agreed to bring it later on. She handed me the clipboard as I was a new patient, and I filled out all the paperwork while my husband entertained the kids. This woman at the desk kept calling me up for more information. Eventually she became annoyed, called me up to the desk a fourth time, and straight up told me to just go back to my regular doctor. I informed her that my "regular doctor " was on the complete opposite end of the country. She made no effort to conceal her eye roll and frustration, as she huffed and puffed and started typing something on her computer. After a couple seconds she looks up and goes "what do you want? Go sit down." I said "you called me up here. What did YOU want?" She snapped back with "Nothing". So I walked away. At this point weve been sitting there for 45 minutes. About another 10 minutes later, she calls me up again, and informs me that they dont accept medicaid. Im like "yeah I know, youve said that already." So she goes: No. At all. We wont be seeing you here today. I say that I wasnt giving her medicaid, I was giving her Aetna, and my husband was dropping off the paperwork around 6/630. Her response. "We dont care. Youre too much of a liability. May I suggest being more responsible in the future." Okay cool. Wasnt aware that trying to get prenatal care despite an unfortunate circumstance was considered being irresponsible. Sorry for trying to do everything within my power to make sure my baby is Okay, while you do everything in YOUR power to make sure its not. I then asked if she could refer me to another office that would see me. She said she didnt know. When I asked her to look it up, she said she didnt have time. There was literally one other person in the office at this time. I stood there and said I am not leaving until you give me the name of another doctor. She wrote down the clinic number for Morristown memorial hospital, then says call them. I dont know if theyd be willing to help you. Theyre usually for people who dont have any ins. After an entire hour, I finally walked out. Yes thats right. It took them an entire hour to tell me that they wouldnt see me. She told me in the first 30 seconds that they dont take medicaid, but Aetna was fine. Why they waited a whole hour to tell me that I wouldnt be seen at all because of a secondary ins that I wasnt even planning to use is beyond me. They wasted my time, and spoke down to me the entire time. Unless you enjoy being disrespected, called names, and having your time wasted, I would stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. Most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I have EVER had at a doctors office.

Worst place ever. Went there for my first Pap smear EVER, and told the doctor I was very nervous and scared. She told me to get on the table and swabbed without telling me what she was doing or when anything was about to happen. Was VERY rough, enough that I limped out of the office . She also then made a comment about a mark on my breast (it was just a cut) - why she looked there Im still not sure (and continued to do so even when I asked her to stop) - and berated me for not coming in for a pap smear sooner, despite multiple reasons. She ordered me to get blood tests, and when I went to exit the office I was told I HAD to get the work done there, there was no option. I told them I didnt want to do it, and they basically ushered me in and told me to just sit down. The lady dug in my vein for about two minutes with two different needles, and by the time I left I was in blown out tears. This was about a year or two ago, and I wont ever go back - not if they were the last OBGYN on the planet. It was my fault for not bringing someone else with me, and I was very young, but they were still HIGHLY unprofessional.

Actually i dont want to give even one star. I had bad experiences. Couple of instances 1. On the prescription for a lab test I called a day before for my lab test and asked them send the prescription. But they havent done and didnt informed me. I went to the lab and got to know that they didnt send it. I gave a call to the clinic and asked for the prescription they said they will send it. I did wait in the lab for more than 2 hours they didnt send the prescription. The receptionist was so rude that shouted that they will not send the prescription if i called them frequently. Finally i ended up in rescheduling my appointment. I drove 30 miles twice for a single lab test. :-( 2. On the lab result Every time to know the lab result i have to remind them that they didnt share the lab report. If you want to know the lab result you have to call them and check. Even if you wait for a decade you wont get a call from them. Worst Customer service................

I am very pleased every time I come to this office. The staff is always very professional and attentive. A special note to Dr Briza Walter, a physician who understands so well her patients feelings and make us feel welcome, respected, heard, relevant throughout the examination. She educates her patients and never dismisses any question we feel like asking. She is warm, thoughtful, and seems to really care. It all speaks volumes about her as a professional and human being. It feels a privilege to be one of her patients.

Rudest staff ever, especially Caroline!!! Apparently all the other posts about how obscenely rude they are is absolutely true. I was inquiring about becoming a patient & I could not believe how condescending and snippy she was! When I said that I thought she was being rude, she said, "So what do you want? Then dont come here!" I dont know how they keep their patients. There are so many other qualified, & polite, ob/gyns in that area. Look elsewhere!!!!
