I have been to this office once and will NEVER return. While Dr. Kramer is nice and puts you at ease his staff is awful. Whoever he has answering the phones is beyond rude. I have called in three times and every time this has been my experience. When i scheduled my initial exam i assumed it was a fluke or that the woman was just having a bad day. I worked in a call center so i understand that happens. When i made my appointment i asked for a return call regarding insurance. The week of my appointment i started calling because i had never heard back. I left 2-3 messages but still never heard back. After being scheduled in the wrong office i called a bit confused. At this time the receptionist was yet again rude. After being on the phone for awhile she stopped and gave me directions to the proper office. When i arrived I was asked for my new pt. paperwork (apparently the mail this out). I never received paperwork... They never even asked my address. I waited for 2 hours in the waiting room. When i was finally seen, Dr. Kramer was nice and seemed to genuinely care. I needed a follow up appointment and discussed this with the doctor. He gave me his hours and told me to call on a particular day and hed fit me in. That was a lie. Yet again the woman on the phone was out right nasty. She virtually told me i was either lying or and idiot. I will Never return. My opinion is to go to Dr. Deeney and associates instead. Everyone there is wonderful and youre never treated like trash. Bonus: the office is much nicer.

I have been seeing Dr Kramer for 8 years now and I couldnt be happier! sure some office visits may be long but he has amazing bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable and safe under his care! He is available to talk by phone directly any time you have an issue and will see you for emergency office visits no matter how busy he will make time! I have never trusted or appreciated a doctor more! The staff is knowledgeable and professional and always ready to help! Thank you for the many years of great patient care!

Dr Kramer is a wonderful man. This was my first visit today at his office and Ive never had a more pleasant expercience at a gynecologist appointment in my life. He is very professional and down to earth at the same time. I was referred to him by a good friend and Im so happy I came to him. Youre in good hands with this man.

An empathetic doctor, very knowledgeable and open. But be prepared to wait an hour and a half for EVERY appointment. An hour and a half. Is that reasonable? Book fewer appointments, man. If I treated my clients like this I wouldnt have any. And his staff routinely loses prescriptions and appointments. Such a hassle.

Dr. Joel Kramer used to be my moms OBGYN and he also delivered me. He has been my OBGYN over 10 years, and I would definitely recommend him to one of my coworkers, friends or anyone. He is a very wonderful and respectable man. He makes his patients feel comfortable and relax. I love him and I trust him. I just love him.

When my wife had our first baby Joel Kramer Charna Coren and David made her feel confy nd helped her with all the questions she had. Very nice doctors very friendly staff. Just feels like home place where you will be understand nd not ignore. You guys are the best. Recomend to everyone who is looking for good doctors

2 years ago before I had my daughter I went to the one on Huntington Pike and I always got seen early I had no issues David Goldstein was my main obgyn I saw 2 others but he always made me laugh never had a problem

God Awful! Waited an hour and 15 minutes before walking out. After using 2 hours of sick time to arrive early for my appt, the office did not value my time as much. The staff was rude. Find another gyn!!!
