The staff in this practice is very disrespectful. I called in to sched an emergency appointment. The staff had me on hold for 19min. Finally I get a person and they say wrong department transfer me without asking if its ok.. to the main office to sched. Wait another 15min get a person and the say I have to wait 48 hours to get a call back for an appointment. Keep in mind Im in pain and asked to be seen soon. 1wk and no call. I did the call back process of holding to speak to people and transferring finally I get a person and they say I have an appointment in Jan.17..its Dec.8th Im in pain...its had to take the appointment because my insurance said I had to be seen there for what I was getting done. Also everytime I go there I have to wait close to 2hrs to go in the back. The front desk is not polite. To sched an appointment here you have to take the day off because trust me you will be there almost your whole work shift. As soon as Im done with what I have to do Im switching my practice.

The wait time is average. I waited 30 mins or less. Staff was friendly (some). I didnt really like my doctor (Stephanie) because she didnt really assure me and answered all my questions like that. Only gave one star because I called in for emergency request and to have immediate attention (which you can do if you think its serious and you dont have to wait one month to see your doctor- at that time, my doctor wasnt available until the next month in half ) and they told me they would get back to me next day or the next 1-3 buissness day. Never happened. I kid you not, I called 6 times and they all never got back to me.

LOVE my doctor (thank GOD she has another practice)....LOATHE the office staff. They are incompetent at best. The one horse faced girl that works the sign in window looks lost all the time like she has wind between her ears. If you dont mind waiting for HOURS and arguing through the office staffs mistakes, then be my guest. But honestly, you can find these doctors elsewhere. EVEN THEY DONT WANNA WORK THERE!!!

The worst my appt was at 3:45 got there early at 2:50 was take back to the room only to wait until 4:40 to b seen the worst experience I have ever had doctor Myers is the best doctor there by far if he isnt there dont go it is the worst

They scheduled an unessary appointment for a consult. Waited for 40 minutes, saw the Dr for exactly 2 minutes. I will have my insurance refuse the invoice for this visit!!!
