This Doctor and staff are beyond unprofessional. EVERY, and I mean EVERY time I call whether its for a follow up, scheduling a procedure, etc. Ive been left on hold, hung up on, asked to call back because they are busy etc. Its takes weeks to actually speak to someone and have the appointment made. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the staff. Yes, the Doctor is nice funny and capable but the mere fact that you cant even schedule an appointment is ridiculous. The fact that he has no idea when appointments can be made or when he can schedule a procedure are unacceptable. I spent countless hours trying to schedule procedure that had to be rescheduled because of their mix up. Ive been calling for weeks and if they can be reported elsewhere TRUST I am reporting them.

This guy is always miserable always angry impatient rude and its hard to get a hold of this office he enjoys others suffering he assumes things and makes it out to be whata its not i have been going here for a while try not to come often and i want to change now i dont even care if its far or not anymore as long as im treated better and in a positive environment instead of being uncomfortable feeling anxiety etc

Just by a simple phone call Ive gotten disgusted. And when I came here to look at the reviews, I now see why! Theyre just a horrible place to go. Rude and disrespectful. The lady was rushing me off the phone and was so quick to hang up on me.

Dr. K delivered our son. He was great on every visit, all the time. He cared. He listened. He took his time to make sure we were ok with every question, every concern. Phenomenal doctor.
