This group only cares about making as much money off you as possible. When I called to make an appointment for a prenatal visit I was immediately transferred to their billing dept.....bad sign. The woman I spoke to was incredibly rude- you could tell she didnt want to take my health insurance (which I had already verified was accepted by their practice), because when I told her it was a HMO she said " So you mean you dont have to pay any copay, any deductible, or in hospital expenses?!?!?" She then tried to find many reasons why my insurance wouldnt work- "You need to pick a PCP first" (which I had already done), "Are you sure they wont consider your pregnancy as a pre-existing condition?" I am a physician myself, and if I found out my staff was treating potential patients like this I would be furious! Oh, and at my first appt they tried to sell me this expensive un-necessary genetic testing that no ones insurance covers and isnt even recommended by ACOG. I never went back. Trust me ladies- you have way better options among the Main Line medical community.

This is, hands down, the worst medical practice I have ever encountered, at every level. I was with them for a year and they mishandled almost every aspect of care. The nursing staff was often rude, and on one occasion incompetent/negligent, putting myself and my baby at risk. The physicians were not knowledgeable and I was not impressed. On one occasion, a physician prescribed medication to me and failed to communicate vital information which led directly to an extremely dangerous situation. She apologized later after I confronted her about neglecting to tell me, but its inexcusable that she had such a lapse in the first place, which resulted in a potentially life threatening situtation. It was a truly horrible experience, and when I began to be proactive and tried to facilitate better care for myself, instead of being helped, I was treated as a nuisance and even hung up on by one of the nursing staff. I would not recommend this practice. Hard pass.

Wonderful office, until it was time to deliver my son. Instead Dr Feldman and grad students did my c-section for my son. I was told no doctors from my doctors office was available. I still dont understand in the 18 hours I was in labor. I seen the one doctor, I believe her name was Andrea,0 seen me for the first 7 hours I was there. Until they sent me home since I wasnt dilated enough to be kept. This office did not deliver my son because I owe them $400. Which I wasnt aware of til the week before I had him but still. Be aware if you owe them money they will not deliver your baby. Instead you will see more grad students then official doctors from Woman for Woman. Its ashame I always had dream having my first child at Lankenau, which I did. This office crush it the day I had my son and felt like I had the "less then" treatment over 400 dollars.

Ive been with this group for about two year. Office staff is rude and uncaring, waiting time is long and the office itself is not too comfortable, but I staid there because of convenience. However when I got an emergency (from my point of view, since I started bleeding) I called doctors "hot line" and instead of hearing encouraging advice I got yield at for bothering the doctor on Sunday!!! I called to complain the next day, but was told that there is no manager to this office and they dont take complains. After that I asked for all my documents and left the practice. My doctor never even bothered to call me and ask what happened. The most HORRIBLE PRACTICE!!!

Came to the office to have my yearly check up and get some answers about a pain I was having in my lower abdomen. I was seen and sent for an Ultra sound which I got soon after because the pain was so sever . I waited almost four weeks to get the results after calling several time about them. Then I was told an IUD would help with my menstrual flow and the pain. It was placed in incorrectly and needed to be removed which they never told me. My pain was never addressed again. The staff was very carless and aloof. I returned to my original GYN at Penn and now I need a procedure to address the pain I went here for initially. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
