This is the worst medical office ever. The doctors are nice, but that isnt good enough. The office staff are pathetic and the office manager should never be allowed to run an office of any kind ever again. The office staff are rude, sarcastic, uninformed, unwilling to help, lazy and make you feel like you are a terrible person for bothering them because, heaven forbid, you are sick. They are more concerned with money than with your health. They overbook and continue to take on new patients, so it isnt always easy to get an appointment. If you get an appointment, plan to sit in that waiting room a long time. Because they overbook and dont have the right number of doctors for their patient load, they are always running late. When you finally see a doctor, you only get about 30 seconds. He/she politely glances at your chart, tells you a quick joke, talks about the weather, basically tells you that you are fine and shuffles you out the door. An emergency room doctor put me on medication and told me to follow up with my then-primary doctors at Rednor-Risi. I followed up, and Rednor-Risi told me that the medication that had been prescribed was perfect for me. I had urine/blood testing done to check the status of my illness. More than a week and a half later, someone from Rednor-Risis office finally called to say that the results of my test showed that I should stop taking that medication and immediately switch to a different one. It took almost a week and a half for them to warn me to stop taking a medication that had already run out almost a week before the phone call. They clearly dont care about their patients. It takes them days and days to write a referral when you need to see a specialist. When the referral is finally ready, dont expect them to call you right away. They will just let it sit there until you call. And good luck with that. Rarely does anyone ever answer the phone. They are so lazy that most of the time they just let their answering service handle the calls.
