Had a terrible experience. Receptionist is Irresponsible. I am a new patient, So I have taken appointment before two weeks from the appointment date. They sent the form and asked me to fill. I have taken the form and went on that day but she said your doctor called out and your appointment got cancelled. She said we tried to reach you but couldnt. I didnt see any voice message in my phone. If they really called me they should left some voice message. But there is no voice message at all. They wasted all my time and they never bothered about that at all. Terrible system. Irresponsible people in Health care. Very bad...
