HORRIBLE!!! I Had an appointment for October 2nd and asked them to call if something came up sooner. They called offering September 16th left a message. I called back to say I could not accept this appointment as I work. I called on Sept 2nd to ask if anything else was available sooner and was told "I was not in the system because I cancelled the Sept. 16th appointment. I said I didnt cancel, I have one on October 2nd. WELL it appears that when they offer another appointment the automatically take you out of their schedule and mark you down as cancelled even if that new appointment has not been confirmed. NOW the next available is not till November and if I want a REAL doctor I have to wait till January..... OR they will pawn me off to PENN MEDICINE in Woodbury Heights.. The people I spoke with, Ashley and Heather were rude and uncaring. I asked about my concern that I may have a skin cancer. they could care less.. I have scheduled an appointment with Dr. Choi down the road from this place.....In October with a REAL doctor

My experience with this office is extremely poor. From the answering the phone to the greeting at the front desk. Professionalism is poor. I would not recommend this office because the staff is rude, break HIPAA guidelines and have no skills with dealing with the public. Also the few doctors that I seen had no bed side manners. No personality and rude. I would recommend if you need a dermatologist to go to Dr. Kehua Li. This office is directly across the street. This office is professional and their main goal is to satisfiy their patients. You cant get any better than that!!!!

I have been a patient for many years. Recently had an appointment with Dr Esche and was very impressed with him. He spent quality time with me explaining every thing and then asking me if I had questions for him. I found this to be very helpful and informative. Was very pleased.

First time to a dermatologist. New patient paperwork / got appointment due to cancellation. Wait time was a bit long @ 1 hour. Staff was friendly, informative and once in the room, Dr. and nurse were thorough with my concerns and performed the procedures quickly and painlessly.

Doctors/nurse practitioner spent no time with me. Diagnosed me from across the room without even really taking a close look. Did not like my experience either time I went. I dont think the doctors are good. Wait is long, office staff seemed snotty.
