I wish I had seen other cautionary tales about this practice before I scheduled an appointment, but the reviews made it seem like a place worth trying. I would definitely never recommend this place to anyone, and I can guarantee Im not going back. Unlike others, I did not find scheduling an appointment to be easy. I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes each time I called (I hung up the first time because I thought they forgot about me, so I called back). I do appreciate the ability to fill out paperwork online ahead of time. I showed up for my first appointment early. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, even though there were two people behind the desk and another woman working AT the desk. After signing in I stood there for a few moments trying to hand them my drivers license and insurance information, but continued to be ignored. I sat down and waited, and after both front desk people had noticeably been off the phone for about 7 minutes, I tried again. This time they finally took my documents. After that I only had to wait a few minutes before being taken back to an exam room. The doctor came in shortly after the tech left. If you value having a doctor listen to your concerns, THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU. As other reviewers have said, he is rude and condescending. When I got upset he reverted back to lecturing and talking down to me even more. The comments were snarky, back-handed, and rude. I agree also with the reviewer that said he laughs at you rather than with you. In my experience, this is true, too. I picked this doctor based on the reviews and the research I did ahead of time. It seemed on paper that he knew what he was talking about, and I hoped to have some luck. Rather, instead of receiving valuable medical advice for skin issues Ive had for years, I found this to be an incredibly offensive and insulting experience. Im disappointed in myself for staying for the whole appointment it was so bad. And PS - checking out isnt much better than checking in. The front desk will continue to ignore you, and even when one person is off the phone they cant be bothered to help you until the other person has completed their call. Ridiculous.

I went in to have something excised, and Dr. Green and his staff were outstanding. Easy to make appointment, though they had only one open slot the week that I wanted to get in, so I grabbed it and arranged my schedule around that. His office staff were very polite, kind, professional, informative, and helpful. Once Dr. Green came in to the room, he answered my questions, looked at a few areas of skin that we had not discussed previously, and performed the scheduled procedure. He worked quickly, gently, efficiently, painlessly. His staff gave me followup care instructions and scheduled appointment to remove sutures. Im extremely pleased how little redness remains and how un-noticeable the site is just two weeks after. Overall my experience with Dr. Green was outstanding and I cant recommend him enough to others!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I scheduled an appointment to come in for a consultation and the day of, (my appointment was for 2:00 pm) my autistic brother was not feeling well so I called at 9 in the morning to reschedule. First the receptionist answered "hello?"- like she was answering her cell phone, and secondly, they charged me $35 dollars to the card I used to hold my appointment because I didnt give them enough notice!! Seriously?! Never doing business with them again. Cheapos!!

The receptionists were fine and scheduling an appointment was easy enough, but Dr. Green himself is a jerk. He has no bedside manner and makes you feel like an idiot. So rude and condescending.
