Run of the mill con artists. Spend two minutes with some young person who isnt Dr. Moses. She prescribes a medication that costs $1800 for one bottle. Gives me a coupon that doesnt work. Says to call if I have problems with the cost. I called. The young ladies said I had to wait several days for my insurance company to authorize the medication. I asked if this was a new concept or they just totally forgot to tell me about it. They said it wasnt new but couldnt speak clear enough English to give a good explanation. So I told my pharmacist what they said. Pharmacist said it is not an authorization issue. So I tried calling back to the office but they wont answer. So I have no medication and no responsiveness from the office. Which means I wasted all that time and money and got nothing for it. This is the office that Washingtonian dubbed the best in the DC region. If this is the best they can do, then God help us all. Screw Fairfax Dermatology. Dont waste your time and money.

Poor customer service. I showed up 5 minutes early for my 12:15 appointment and was skipped over twice for other patients. The first patient was 20 minutes late and seen right away! Then they saw another patient who arrived 20 minutes after I did. I waited 3 months for this scheduled appointment and had to leave the office without being seen because I had to get back to work. DO NOT recommend. I understand doctors offices sometimes run behind schedule, but outright skipping given appointment times is just wrong. Why make an appointment if you arent going to stick to it?

I just had my first Fraxel treatment with Dr. Toerge about a week ago. I am very impressed with how the treatment went and how the results were after only one week! She thoroughly explained everything that would happen during the treatment and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Toerge and her staff and I cannot wait to continue my treatments! I would highly recommend her!

I had a bump on my forehead which suddenly grew after 18 years. I was seen the first day I called as an emergency patient. He removed the tumor shortly after and has since removed the stitches. He explained everything to me before, during and after. My husband has since switched dermatologists and is working with Dr Albert.
