Worst office staff ever. This is the most unprofessional staff Ive ever seen in a supposed professional health setting. They scheduled an appt for me on good friday when they were closed, the office staff are all ghetto gangster latinas w attitudes, neck and chest tattoos that should be working at walmart. Maria, the office manager clearly thinks she is in some type of power position or something rediculous. Just listen to their automated message says it all. They charged me 50 dollars to reschedule same day when I had tried to reach them for days prior to reschedule my appointment. Its really too bad bc Sam the PA and Yuni the med tech are both fantastic but the majority of the office staff acts just like the manager, something along the lines of a teenager in a management role attempting to exert power over people..very strange. Im going to another Derm after 8 months of dealing with them is a nightmare. Do not waste your money or time on this place. Find a better, more professional quality dermatologist to go to. Youve been warned.

Not only was I misdiagnosed and given cream for eczema for a trauma scar that was way past the point of inflammation, the doctor was so late -- I waited for over an hour. And now ... After I already paid my copay onsite, I am getting continuous bills for $200 ... For what? When I call my insurance company they say I owe integrated dermatology nothing, so why are they continuing to bill me when Ive since left to a much better dermatologist who is treating me correctly? Dont waste your time and money, dont go here.

Office manager and the front desk really need to be trained on how to communicate with the patients without being conceited Would not recommend the office especially in Fairfax area where there are so many good dermatologists Seems Dr. Horn ran the office more efficiently before the new doctor took over the office and was better at hiring friendly staffs.

I was a patient of Dr Hornes. I called for an appointment and found he had retired. I saw Dr Gonazles. She really impressed me so much. She was able to freeze a few growths on my face, they look perfect. There was a short wait, however I think if you are in a hurry you should make your appointment first thing in the AM. Making the appointment was very easy - just a phone call. I was seen within 10 min of my scheduled appointment. The staff was courteous, efficient and professional. Samantha did my exam and biopsies. Thorough, quick and virtually pain free. I was done within 30 minutes. Couldnt ask for any better service.

I saw the PA Samantha, totally awesome. Shes helped my acne amazingly. She was right on time and super friendly. She listened to my complaints and past efforts at controlling my acne instead of just having an attitude of she knows best. She had a good sense of humor too. Will def stay a client.
