She is a horrible doctor. They do try to push all their products on you but the worst part is not helping your problem at all. 30- 90 seconds in the room. Takes a look, shes right (even after 4 visits and no change in appearance or treatment) Will not listen to symptoms or anything else you think is relevant. At one point she literally looked at me and said "Im the doctor, I know what this is, I have seen it before." She also had me go to follow up appointments every two weeks and do nothing but take a 30 second look and collect my money. After a few of these appointments, I just canceled. Made an appointment with a real dermatologist and was seen, tested (But treated immediately due to how horrible it now was with what she thought it was) **Also, Phieffer never bothered to test me** My new dermatologist didnt have me come back for a month. Saw her once more for additional treatment due to the horrible condition, and she didnt even want/need to see me for another follow-up. Countless months wasted by a horrible individual.

Terrible doctor, complete waste of time and money. Ive never ever been treated like this, much less by a doctor. At one point she literally walked out on me as I was speaking. That is not an exaggeration. I was met with complete disregard and annoyance when I questioned absolutely anything about her regime (which wasnt working... at all). I asked if we could do a regime that was "less high-touch" as she was having me in the office every two weeks, and she got extremely offended that I would even ask. Her staff clearly know this is an issue with her- they saw her walk out on me and basically told me that it was status quo. Bottom line: she has a huge ego, is an ineffective doctor, and is a rude person.

This doctor is very careful to get to the problem & is acutely aware of my concerns as a patient. This doctor is extremely knowledgable & intelligent. I cant imagine ever wanting to change dermatologists. Im grateful for how much she has changed my life & resolved my skin issues. In addition, kind and polite!

Dont know whats worse; a doctor with sub-par skills, or the lack of concern for patients on the part of the doctor and her staff... and what kind of practices requires an appointment for an emergency? Save yourself a lot of time and money- go to Patient First instead.

Overall I think she is a good doctor but I cannot say much for the people who work the desk or answer the phones, very unprofessional and poorly trained.
