I would not recommend going here if you have an actual medical problem with your skin. Ive been having eczema for months now. I told the Dr. that just applying topical steroid creams wasnt fixing the problem.....(DUH!) just temporarily providing relief from the symptoms. When I explained that I was more concerned about what was suddently causing this and would prefer to focus on that, I am NOT KIDDING YOU, the Dr. replied, " Well sometimes we dont focus so much on the cause....because things tend to go away on their own." seriously. well-1 month later and it still has not gone away on its own. They told me it was something called Pitoriasis Rosea....she even went so far as to tell me to go ahead and keep eating the wheat/gluten, dairy and sugars that I suspected were causing the outbreaks. SO i went home and ate normal meals and low and behold-the break outs were worse than ever. I seriously believe that if I had the time, or if this was a more serious medical condition, that that would constitute medical malpractice. these people are utterly awful.

The staff at Fair Oaks Skin Care is one of the worst I have ever encountered. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about them. I have similar complaints as the other two reviews on here. The receptionists continuously screw up my appointments, not just once! The assistants never really seem to care about you or respect you. Everyone seems bored and uninterested in the patients. Its very hard to see the same doctor twice and its not like theyre all on the same page so you are continuously given different information about your treatments. I attempted to do Accutane treatments through them. It was a nightmare. They dont tell you important information, causing you to have to wait another 30 days until your next appointment, they forget about your appointment, causing you to wait another 30 days, or they dont do your labs in time, causing you to wait another 30 days. I do not recommend this office for anything, but if you are trying to do Accutane I highly recommend going somewhere else to avoid a nightmare.

New patients please be aware. After been waiting for more than a month for a new patient appt. they first call me the day before to try to bring me at different time which would not work well for me for no clear reason… so i declined and then they called me later in the evening to cancel my appt stating the doctor was not in…. BS she just had a more profitable procedure and decided to get hid of me after been waiting for a long time for this appt. Guess what I wont come back if they treat a new patient like that I can just imagine a establish patient. No respect with peoples time. by the way the receptionist that called the second time was rude and unprofessional. They never even tried to call me back on later time to try to reschedule the appt. unbelievable.

"I have been a patient at FOSCC for 3 years now. I have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin. Im a regular for Smooth Beams and Chemical/Power Peels, and Ive had great results with reducing my acne, acne scars and even the wrinkles! I love the spa-like atmosphere for the peels. Everyone in the office is both kind and capable. I highly recommend Fair Oaks Skin Care Center for both cosmetic and dermatological appointments.

THE WORST!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. EXPECT TO BE WRONGLY BILLED. THERE ARE TWO WOMEN THAT WORK THERE BY THE NAMES OF MONICA AND SHELLY (HANDLES BILLING) WHO ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL HANG UP ON YOU IF YOU EVEN ASK ABOUT BEING OVERCHARGED. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND ALL OF ITS RUDE AND DISGUSTING STAFF MEMBERS. OH YEAH, AND THE OFFICE IS FILTHY....GREAT FOR A DERMATOLOGISTS OFFICE RIGHT? GOOD LUCK

This place is the absolute worst. The medications they prescribed were never clearly explained to me. When I asked straightforward questions, I received perplexing, convoluted answers that lead me to believe the doctor didnt have the answers. I was extremely disappointed with my experience here and I passionately recommend others stay clear of this location.
