I have been going to this practive for well over 10 years. Dr Cavallaro is the best doctor there in my opinion. He knows what hes doing, hes nice, he remembers you and your family and what your medical problems are. I wont see anyone else here. Just Dr. Cav. My whole family goes to him. Now the girls at the front desk.. are like any other office you go in. They dont care about your problems or that your insurance doesnt cover things. 2 of them are rude, 2 of them are as nice as could be. Bu good luck trying to find a doctors office that has all nice receptionists. I called an oncologists office and the girl on the phone was as rude and nasty as could be. Thats life... But this doctors office is good and have never had a problem with Dr. Cavallaro.

I could not stand the rude staff anymore. I get tired of feeling like I am bothering thing them for being sick. Jess , Donna, and Karen are great I am sad to leave them. After Dr. Cavallaro I truly was thing about changing doctors but then I really Liked Melissa Lewis. She was the only reason I stayed in that office as long as I did. It is really had to find Doctors that care about you as a person. Once she left it was time for me to switch I just can not deal with the rude staff and being put on hold for 15 minutes to make an appointment .

This office in Sewell NJ is the worst experience I have ever had with a physicians office. The staff is rude and not very educated. Luckily I was able to find Dr. Heist in Glassboro. Totally a night and day experience. I so wish I would have researched sooner as to avoid the anxiety PT Plaza caused. They never return your calls and when they do they do not read the report correctly and miss important info that was later discovered when a specialist reviewed the report. Dont settle. There are caring docs and staff out there.

Taken over by kennedy. You never speak to anyone in the office. They told my dad that he needed to wait 3 weeks to be seen for an appointment to refill his diabetes. They billed a totally different insurance carrier (we have had the same plan for 15+years). They told me they dont have any records from me; Ive been to the ER twice and have been to point plaza for 3 years. Leaving they are the worst. It is a shame kennedy took them over.

They left me in a room for well over an hour and never came in to see me. Not one staff member checked in to give me an update as to what was going on. When I approached the front desk to ask what was going on, I got nothing but a pass aggressive one word answer. I would never recommend going to this doctor. This is literally the 3rd time Ive had an issue here, which is the last straw.

I love this place. All the staff are so friendly and helpfull. Dr. Testa is a great docter. Dr. Bodolata is also great. You might have to wait sometimes but thats because so many people come here , Ive been comming here about 25 years. Have some patience Rome wasnt built in a day ...
