I havent had a bad experience here yet. What everyone should understand though is that this facility is used for residency programs. All of the doctors, save for the senior ones, are very young, fresh out of school. Residency here is about 3 years. That means that after the doctor you have been seeing completes his or her program they move on to either their own practice or into a hospital setting. You can follow your doctor when they leave or just transfer to one of the other residence.(which is what Ive been doing) It does take a while to get appointments here because they keep very busy and care for literally everyone, from birth to death. The wait time is usually 30 minutes or so, but can be up to an hour if they are having a particularly rough day. The nursing staff is wonderful as are all of the doctors I have seen thus far. (3 in total) Love these guys!

The worst. Multiple appointments I would not only be in on time- I always arrived atleast 15-30 minutes early for my appointment and still end up waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time to be taken into an exam room. Then I still had easily a 20-40 minute wait for the doctor to come in after such. Friendly staff, but timing and coordination is completely off which then sets off a "rushed" vibe. Also many things discussed during the appt. do not get done ex. lab work, urine samples, vaccines. You can never get through on the phone line to physically talk to someone either-extremely frustrating.

I was a longstanding patient and they literally denied me care. I had a cat bite and they told me to go to the ER. I tried to explain that Id had the bite for days and that its not an emergency and they would not make me an appointment. They told me to go to urgent care which does not take my insurance. The doctors here are all residents so you never see the same person twice. The front desk is awful but the lab is okay. Im getting my records and going elsewhere.

Well I liked that this office was so close to home but after waiting about a month for an appt, arriving early for that appt and waiting 20 min I left because no one was even at the FRONT desk to sign us in or greet us. Guess Ill just keep driving 45 minutes out of the way to our Dr.s weve had for few years.

Long waits, takes forever to get an appointment, and all of the doctors at this location are young and inexperienced. I would reccomend going to another spot. At least they will diagnose you properly. Best of luck!
