I called in to make an appointment with my regular doctor, Dr. Liu, who I know is scheduled for a few weeks out but never more than a month because Ive seen her for the past decade. The staff who answered the phone with no introduction was speaking so low, that I (a 22-year-old) could barely make out what she was saying, even with my phone volume on max. I asked if Dr. Liu was available a few different times and each time the staff person said she thought the doctor was busy or out of the office at that time with a very short tone of voice, didnt actually check the doctors schedule, and gave a similar response when I asked if Dr. Devinney was available. I told her Id call back when I looked at my calendar for the month of September, the next time the staff member told me Dr. Liu would be available for a time that also fit my schedule. Fortunately, I checked the offices website and found a "quick schedule" option and a time in Dr. Lius schedule that was open to existing patients for an appointment that fit my needs. Im not sure why that appointment time didnt show up as available for the staff member or why she didnt say it was a possible appointment time, but Im glad I found one for within the month of July. I will comment with my actual appointment experience.

After reading Mr. Englishs review, I felt strongly about writing about the wonderful experiences I have with this practice each and every time I call or come in for a visit. My doctor is Dr. Devinney and to me, there are few better. But the majority of my dealings is with the support staff who ALWAYS go above and beyond to service my needs. My doctors support staff are dead-on. They are prepared, they are caring and they listen to their patients needs. Likewise, Ive had to speak with support staff other than Dr. Devinneys who have never been anything other than professional, polite and patient-service driven. They are hard workers, and do a yeomans job in an industry where the restrictions are many and the stress is high. And yet somehow, they continue to service with a smile, despite the ignorant, classless, impolite patients who only view them as "a bunch of fat, lazy women." Kudos to the complete staff of FPAOUD, and thank you for your service.

I have been using the Family Practice Associate Doctor for more than 25 years. I brought my children there, my husband goes there (to Dr. Soltner) and I see Dr. Kuklinski when necessary. While it is a very busy practice and customer service may suffer (the reason for the 4 star review) I must say my experiences have always been good. I trust my doctor but I always research on my own to make a personal, educated decision regarding my healthcare. You have to be your own advocate. Dr. Soltner is a board certified Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. If he told someone he doesnt believe in a certain test, it comes from the beliefs of the Osteopathic way of treatment. That said, He has ALWAYS offered the "modern medicine" alternatives to my husband. He had that test. Sometimes I think the customer service you receive is more about the way you treat people....

This is definitely a bitter sweet family practice. I think my doctor is great (Dr. Adam Turk) however the office staff is as bad as dealing with the irs. There is no accountability and no one cares about customer service. All they say is "Im sorry but we are very busy"...that is no excuse. Every time I call, I am placed on hold for over ten minutes before anyone answers. When I am in the office, I see nothing but a bunch of fat, lazy, women counting down the minutes until their break or end of day. It is far far less then professional and I would never go again if I did not like my doctor so much. I get so mad every time I have to deal with that place that my review would be removed if I truly expressed how I feel.

We have been bringing our children to this practice for 12 years. When you can actually get an appointment with your regular doctor who is familiar with your child the service is wonderful and the doctors are great. Over the last year their scheduling practices and availability have gone completely downhill. They have had a complete overhaul on their office staff and the care and concern for the patience have diminished. I have been told several times "Oh you can go to an urgent care" its a poor customer service practice. When you had a younger child who needed to be seen they used to make an available opening. Not anymore. I am very disappointed and will be looking for a new family practice.

well this office spends more time removing my brutally truthful bad review that they do fixing their problems.......do not go here if you are a man around 50 yrs old......my X Dr Greg Solter TOTALLY failed me by NOT fulfilling his dr duties by NOT informing me about prostate cancer AND the total benefit of the PSA test...."I dont believe in it" because he follows someones bad reports......well now I have upper stage 3 prostate cancer with 50-70% chance of recurrence says my oncologist.....do not go here-they DONT have your back !!! Hey Dr. Soltner, did you get your PSA test at 50??????? I bet you did ! Lets see how many days this stays posted.....my name is Craig Melville

I have had Dr Soltner for my doctor as has my husband for longer than I can remember. He is a very caring Doctor. Unfortunately I have been hospitalized several times and he always comes in to see me and when he cant he has one of the other doctors come in to see me. He also responds to emails very quickly.

Rude associates that display lack of care on phone and in the office, you will always wait very long for an appointment or in office... horrible customer service over all, and fair doctors at the practice.

My experiences here are so mixed. Amazing doctors and nurses, but terrible scheduling practices. You WILL wait.
