I love Dr. Rubin, but the offices hours are ridiculous. It seems the only way you can get healthy quickly is if you dont have a job at all or you work the graveyard shift. She called me back promptly the next day with information I needed, but I didnt get the call because like most people, I work. So I returned her call at ten of 1pm and got their "were on break" auto message. Then I called again at ten of 5, when I could get away from my work, and got their "were on break or its after hours" message. How FREAKING ANNOYING! Please get an answering machine! Or have an email address for inquiries. 21st century communication please!!!!!!!

The Worst!!!!! This office has been caring for my parents for 20+ years. My mother needs a valve replacement. We met with the recommended cardiac surgeon for tests on May 9th. After many many follow up calls for the next step, we still, to this day have not heard from Dr Janis Rubin, primary care physician or her heart Dr. Schwartz with test results or any information whatsoever. DEPLORABLE health care!!!!

I tried calling for an appointment at a little after 2pm during the week day and got a voicemail.. I called a second time and was placed on hold for 17 minutes I eventually was ignored.. honestly Im going to change doctors, and I never even met her. Not an okay experience
